I stopped over ordered some food, i had the longest wait time ever at a dunkin donuts drive thru. I was the only person in the line. They never gave me my receipt, i ordered hash browns they never gave me them. I tried calling them. They machine for receiving phone calls was off. Im driving back there after work and demanding they correct this. If you can avoid this location do it its not worth your time or money

I’m not sure why it took me so long to review this location, given that I’ve been to it more than any other in the area, but maybe it was because I keep hoping it’s going to get better. Or, I should say, kept hoping, because I go out of my way to avoid this location these days. I’ve used both the drive-through and the walk-up counter a number of times, and I think«consistently below average» is the best way to describe this. On the drivethrough, it seems like I always have a problem communicating my order and/or getting the financial part of the transaction accomplished, and subjectively it seems like it takes more time. For the walk-up service, I feel like, well, I’m getting a back seat to the drive-through customers. I’ve never gotten a «hot» sandwich that was hot all the way through here, and they seem to always be out of some kind of baked good. The coffee has been OK, relative to DD’s. I have to give them a two-star, relative to other DD’s and the whole«I WANTMYCARBSANDCAFFEINEAND I WANTTHEMFAST» genre, because when I drive by the franchise these days I find thinking«hmm, do I need a DD fix?» and then cringing when I remember the last few times I was there.

Its 1 am and fricking freezing. We had just gotten off a 6 hour flight, smoked 2 cigarettes really fast and gotten a head rush, and the only thing we could think about was a nice warm cup o coffee. Dude! We are in Albany… East Coast yo! Dunkin Donuts what what! So after some driving in circles and some family squabbling we arrive to glorious lights… an empty snow filled parking lot… and the smell of coffee and donuts. mmmmm… donuts. WTF. Why cant the west coast jump on this train? «Ill have my coffee white and sweet please.» Huh? Order for me… i don’t know what the eff you just said. Usually in SF i order my coffee just like that. «Ill have a coffee please.» I don’t know about all these fancy terms. White and sweet? Then it hit my lips. The perfect cup. Sweet to perfection. The perfect color tan. Awesome. Ill be back for more. Maybe not this location… but ill be back. Oh…and the donuts. Yes the donuts. Gingerbread, pumpkin, blueberry, double chocolate, glazed, old fashioned, holes… you name it. They got it… and at 1:30am! Oh… don’t forget about the pimple faced kid taking our order, telling us we were confusing the shit out of him with our oh so complicated order. But… wow. Let me at a franchise. I could be a millionaire. Serious.
