Terrible service. Impatient waiters. Got charged twice on my bill and when I realised it and contacted them. They did not reply at first. I then called. They brushed it off, were condescending instead of helpful or should I even suggest apologetic? Now let me find out if they were also thieves or if it was an honest mistake. Of course they don’t seem to care either way.

A delicious Italian meal, great service and a nice environment! What more can you want? I highly recommend going off the menu and trying one of your server’s nightly special dishes! They have been delectable!

Excellent service! Yummy food! Older crowd. People– not for kids! It’s not that kind of a place! Very intimate inside. We had a lovely dinner and the pasta was fresh and homemade. Would definitely recommend!

Wanted a quick meal as we had some work to do and Tomasso accommodated us again. The set menu was perfect and the cavatelli and the pork chop were delightful. It’s good to be back.

This place has gone downhill IMO. I went for lunch and the service was awful. The app came out cold, but the entrée came out hot. They were both supposed to be hot. The unfriendly, slow service and average but extremely expensive food will not bring me back. :(

The most consistent and delicious food in Scarsdale. An innovative Italian restaurant. The staff is warm and accommodating. The ambiance is charming JK

Love Moscato! I think their Italian is even better than the best Italian restaurants in the city. Great nearby restaurant for date night with my hubby. An older crowd than we are but that’s okay. And I love that they have real Italian ricotta cheesecake!!!

I recently moved into this area so I have been trying all the different restaurants; I heard alot of good things about this place so I decided to try it on a Saturday at 5:30. Early enough where as just 1 other table being served, but within the hour it started to get busy. Great Service, nice atomsphere, but I thought a bit pricey. I ordered a chicken dish with figs, it was ok, and my husband ordered linguini with clam sauce, he said it was good, but neither of us was impressed and probably wouldn’t go back. Just not a typical Italian place which is not a bad thing, just not my thing.

The food at Moscato is not innovative or fancy, but they serve consistently well prepared Italian food in a welcoming environment at a reasonable price point. Their menu consists mostly of Italian standards, but prepared and served in a more refined way. While nothing about the food will blow you away, I have never had a bad meal here, and there is something to be said for that. Service is always good, and although the restaurant is usually pretty crowded at dinner time, the tables are not crammed together and you can generally hear your dining companions. Even when the place is busy, you never feel rushed to finish and leave at the end of your meal. Definitely a solid choice in the area.

Definitely plan on going back! Service was great and food was top notch — not a fan of the rigatoni dish with dry ricotta, I have had better however the special(squid ink ravioli with lobster) was delicious! They also have an infused watermelon vodka — out of this world. It’s dangerous how good it is

Very good meal here. Dining room is crowded but not overly cramped like city restaurants. Energetic but not too loud. Service was excellent. The appetizer and pasta dish we had were both fantastic. Main course entrée was slightly disappointing/bland, otherwise would have given 5 starts.

Wonderful food, drink and service is a beautiful thing Moscato’s has all three. Menu set up with first course, pasta course and entrée. If you are like me and want to try it all but can’t eat a full course of each Moscato has the solution. You can order a small portion of appetizer, pasta and entrée all presented on a single plate! Better yet you get to pick from any of the menu items to do so. I opted for pear salad crispy bright and oh so fresh, calamari fra diavolo over squid ink pasta flavorful and spicy in all the right ways and veal scicilliano melt in your mouth goodness. I asked for a glass of Prosecco left the choice of which to the waiter who brought me a lovely San Martino Prosecco. For dessert there were amazing choices I opted for a Belgian Chocolate Mousse cake served with a vanilla gelato that happened to be the special that day. It’s rich dark chocolate creamy goodness made me swoon. Add to that I asked the waiter to pair a desert wine for me the Moscato de Asti he chose was a perfect sweet balance to the dark chocolate I was one happy woman

The food here is excellent, and the service is also great. We did not have a reservation the first time we stopped in, but it was very early and they seated us anyway. We never felt rushed, and the homemade pasta in my dish was perfectly cooked. The prices were a little steep for pasta, but it’s a nice option in town to go to occasionally.

Simply Delicious… My husband’s boss treated us for dinner here. As soon as I went in, I almost felt transported to Italy. I absolutely love the décor. Moscato is cozy enough. And lighting was perfect. We started with the Insalata di Casa which was divine with the baked goat cheese. Yummmm. The menu had a plethora of entrees. We each were very pleased with our selections. Service was impeccable and extremely attentive. Loved it, can’t wait to be back.

Menu was good — my food was good but my husbands was not very good because he asked for a little spice and it came back really really spicy. I would say it’s worth a try. It’s romantic but it is also very loud. We felt rushed by her server and it by the waitstaff. The plates literally flew across the table as they rushed to put them down and run away. Overall it was a nice experience but I’m not sure I would return because it is also pricey and at that price I do not want to feel rushed. We also had the molten chocolate cake which wasn’t very much molten it was more cake and it was okay.

Delicious food and professional service. I’m not much of a pasta eater, and I have to say there were a LOT Of delicious non pasta options– I had some shellfish as an appetizer with a yummy wine, warm bread and a great salad afterwards. Definitely will be back. This place is better than 808 or Fig and Olive and the others on Scarsdale Avenue/train station area.

This restaurant had an amazing house salad with baked goat cheese in it. I have to say it was my favorite part of the meal. I had some linguine with clams as a main dish and finished with cappuccino and biscotti. Our table shared a bottle of Mercer Yakima valley 2012 Riesling which was delicious. Everyone seemed to enjoy their food which I would consider to be solid Italian cooking(two others had pasta and the other had the almond crusted branzino). We had some trouble getting our bread refilled and had to ask the manager two times(he was the original person who took the basket away the first time to get it refilled). The bread is also slightly dry. I would say that this was a really good experience overall. In comparison to other Italian restaurants in westchester, I think it’s fine. I’m more partial to other restaurants though bc there isn’t a lack for Italian in westchester, but I would be willing to eat at moscato again. Btw, if you like Italian and enjoy an amazing bread basket, check out Tutta Bella on White Plains Rd(across the Lord and Taylor). It’s similarly priced and not far away.
