Had a tire replaced at sears auto center. They lost the center cap to my bmw. Tried to call them 4 over an hour finally got ahold of the lady who said she would look around the shop see if she could find it and call me back. Still has not called me back. Tried to call sears again and no 1 would answer the phone. Very poor customer service. had a tire replaced at sears auto center. They lost the center cap to my bmw. Nice people but very very slow… took an hour and a half for them to even start on my car… seemed to be dragging their feet in the garage. I was told my car would be done by one, they didn’t start Until one… I know it might not be the most fun job in the world, but can we at least be prompt and try to get started on a car before the time we told people it would be done? Sheesh. I don’t believe I’ll come back if on a slow Tuesday it’s going to take 3 hours to balance and rotate tires. Nope.
