Great food! Eat as healthy as you like or indulge as much as you like. It’s all good. And let it also be known very honest. We lost our credit card there & called days later & they had it. We have always had helpful servers too.

So, a birthday celebration isn’t quite complete for my teenage son without a visit to Golden Corral. I have a strong dislike for places such as these, but pressed on. After all, this wasn’t for or about me. As one would expect, the food ranged from bad to mostly just acceptable. The fried chicken and steak were the exceptions as they were both good. The cleanliness of the silverware was very poor. It took exactly four tries to find a fork without pieces of food stuck to it. We had trouble finding a clean table and the one we had to settle on was sticky in several places. «Value» dining … not at its worst but far from average.

$ 29 for two people is completely ridiculous not only was there not a lot of food options and barley any food out when you go up. But the bathroom was completely disgusting. Trash on the floor and no bags in the trash cans but the soap and toliet paper dispenser was falling off the wall. I will never eat there again. So

Food was sub par, except for the omelet which was made to order and very good… but it’s not hard to make a good omelete. The BATHROOMS are disgusting and unkept. They say if you want to know how clean a restaurant s kitchen is check the bathroom. Gross!

What a rip off… $ 24 for 2 senior breakfast buffets on Sunday… really,…scrambled eggs not completely cooked, the most tasteless sausage patties… the tale goes on… never again,!!!

Disappointed with this GC though early afternoon food seemed stale and old. Service appeared uncaring which is represented in the quality of the food. You feel the lack luster attitude the moment you enter. Waitress there but just pass by with how you doing but not really asking. They just appeared to table touch so you wouldn’t forget a tip. This was evident with the table next to mine being left with dishes but the tip collected. Quality control by the managers and better training may help the food in the future but sausages harder than NHL pucks and being allowed to be put out with potatoes only cooked on one side well like I said better quality control. I don’t know how they can improve on the décor or odor. All in all very disappointing and a bad mark on the golden coral brand. The only positive in this location was talking with the people eating. Great Southern family charm. Btw had the Mrs take a look at the bathrooms at 1130am and terrible already, so previous comments appear to be accurate. This is a skip until they fix.

I’m sorry but this place smelled like a dirty carpet. I should have left when I first walked in. The food was not good, with exception on the soft rolls they had. I’m in town visiting and there is not a Golden Corral in San Diego, so I was very disappointed!

(6÷28÷15) Things wrong with this location: 1.) The bathroom was downright disgusting. Overly hot and messy. 2.) The dining area was stale and filthy. 3.) The décor is sh*t. 4.) It stinks all over. Things right: 1.) Food was decent. 2.) Waitresses were diligent and cordial.

Could there be a less than 1 star rating? Because that is what this GC deserves. Just kept getting worse and worse and finally we stopped going. There is a constant disgusting smell in the hall between the ladies and men’s rooms doors, the salad bar and dessert bar areas are always dirty and disgusting. You may, like I did last time, have to rummage through several dishes and pieces of silverware before finding some that appear clean and don’t have grease or dried on food particles on them. IFYOUGOTOTHISRESTAURANT, EXAMINEYOURPLATESANDSILVERWAREBEFOREYOUPUTFOODONTHEM ! Otherwise, you may very likely find what the person who last had that plate and fork had eaten. I’m totally serious in this point. It’s happened to me on each occasion. the food area around the grill isn’t too bad. I got some grilled, seasoned fajita chicken strips last time and they were either all gristle or had a disgusting texture(I spit all of it out into a napkin). The coup de gras,(the final straw) was my Mom went to use the ladies room and she said a woman came into the rest room and used the next stall over where she proceeded to puke her guts up in the toilet. Mom said that this woman was«puking from her toes», it was that forceful. Now, I can’t honestly say that this was from GC’s food but I’m sure it didn’t help either. I am on the Atkins diet so I can’t eat much in the way of carbs, so I go to buffets so I can pick what I want, for example, two pieces of grilled meat instead of say one piece and mashed potatoes or whatever. That was the only reason I went back to GC but I always was worried that one or all of us would end up with some kind of food poisoning after we left. The cleanliness at this GC is awful. Here’s an example. While the waitresses are nice they aren’t very thorough in cleaning the tables. We’ve found food particles on the table and chairs from previous diners and guess what else we found? Last time we visited, my partner pulled a 5 dollar bill out from underneath the napkin dispenser ! It was left there by a previous diner and had gotten pushed underneath the dispenser and gone un-noticed by the waitress(she probably had a few choice words for them). But this proves that at least at this table, the waitress«cleaned» AROUND the napkins and the salt and pepper shakers. How gross do you want to guess it is underneath there? The S&P shakers are always nice and greasy ! If you want a great buffet, check out my post from today on Olé Time Country Buffet that I posted(and visited) today 5÷30÷2013. Great food, a lot home made and nice and clean. I hope that they stay that way. If you think I am GC bashing, I’m not… only this one. The management knows about all these bad reviews and in-person comments and doesn’t care. Look at previous reviews. The GC we visited when we went to MickeyWorld was good and clean but so far, I still like OTCB better. Oh, and you know what else? OTCB has rocking chairs out front for you to sit in, kinda like Cracker Barrel, but with better food. Don’t get me started on CB… water-logged vegetables… blechhh. Oh, finally, if you do go to this GC, try the pot roast, its good when it’s not dried out and they always have it

Very busy and under staffed. Restaurant was crowded and lines were long. I asked twice for a refill of the taco station and it was not refilled by the time I left. Food was ok and cheap, but I wouldn’t go back.

I wasn’t expecting much going in as I don’t really like buffets. The food was decent. The okra, green beans and bread pudding were actually quite good. The two meats I tried were not great. The salad bar was a mess so I avoided that whole area. The service was good, Susan was a very friendly and attentive waitress.

Family of 4 poisoned here!!! I am not kidding at all. My wife, 4 year old, 7 month old and myself all were puking and having major back end problems for 2 days starting on the 20th. We all noticed an off feeling for the following day and then the evening of the 21st everyone in a short version exploded from both ends until about 11 o’clock at the hospital on Fort Stewart. Everyone was admitted to the ER to include my baby. Sparing you the rest of the hours of detail of puking and pooping PLEASEEEE do not eat here. It is a health risk. For you and your children. Places like this should be shut down. It really never is how you remember it as a kid.

If you are a Northerner and haven’t been to a Goldne Corral, you need to go. It’s buffet styled souther food. There’s an open grill where you can ask for a cook to prepare crab cakes, fish, steaks, burgers chickens, etc. I don’t know how this venue compares to other corrals, but I paid $ 10 at 6PM and got two crab cakes, collard greens, corn bread pudding. They have a chocolate fountain. I left with a food baby. I was happy.

I had no expectations coming here as I don’t enjoy buffet-style restaurants for many reasons. We only came because it was part of a family reunion dinner… never again. This place smelled like urine from the lobby to the dining area and the chairs were dirty(I had to use a baby wipe to clean it before sitting)…need I go on? We couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

My family and I came here for dinner this past Wednesday. I haven’t been to a Golden Corral in ages but the last time I went to one, I enjoyed it so I thought it would be the same for this… Not really. The food was good but the waitress was a bit forgetful. So much so that I had to ask 3 times for my son’s chocolate milk. Which reminds me, maybe they need to get something on the menu beside soda for kids to drink(just saying). Maybe had we gone earlier, we would have had a better time. At least the macaroni was good.

Good buffet. Good ol fashion variety of southern cooking here. Great for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Wait staff is very tentative. One hick of a spread of food. Place can get busy at times.
