Frank Ellsworth and Matthew Hallett possess extensive experience in the industry, completing projects in Savannah’s Historic District as well as Skidaway Island, Wilmington Island, Savannah’s Southside and surrounding areas. Business Owner

Matthew Hallett has been in the industry since 2000, restoring and selling a number of historic properties and completing kitchen and bath remodels in the Lowcountry and out of state. Having studied architecture and furniture design at The Savannah College of Art and Design, he has an innate sense of space planning and proportion. Matthew has an acute understanding of predicting and managing remodeling expenses without sacrificing great design or materials, having purchased and remodeled a number of his own properties. Matthew’s work has been published in Savannah Magazine and South Magazine. His last personal home was featured on Good Morning America, and his current home in the Savannah’s historic landmark district was featured in Savannah Magazine’s Best of Homes Edition for Fall 2014. He is a member of the Downtown Neighborhood Association board of directors and a member of the Historic Savannah Foundation.
