Sam Carroll is a licensed general contractor with ten years of building, restoration and renovation experience in Savannah, Georgia. Originally from Pine Bush, New York, Sam is a graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design.
Sam has restored, renovated and reconstructed numerous structures in Savannah’s historic districts and has received five Historic Preservation Awards from the Historic Savannah Foundation for his work.
