WOW! I was so intimidated by this project. Shop looked sketchy from the outside, but I was immediately at ease while telling Dave what I needed done on my chair. Good old fashioned customer service here… remember what that used to be like? Reasonably priced service and upholstery supplies. I had 2 overstuffed arms for a large lounger done in 3 days and they are beautiful and tight! Thanks so much for exemplary service and making me feel like a friend, instead of a number!

Took in one part of a sectional for repair. Work was completed in half the estimated time for a VERY reasonable price. The repair is better than the original. Lots of personal attention. They explained the problem, showed us the bad part and the superior material used in the repair.

I took a new benchstyle ottoman to be recovered. This is a Mom & Pop type operation and I received excellent and friendly customer service and advice, and the finished product was exactly as ordered – quickly and reasonably. Don’t be fooled by the looks of their shop, they’re great! I highly recommend them to you for your upholstery need.
