We needed to get an important medical device from Santa Rosa to Sea Ranch on the coast. Instead of wasting our vacation time driving to Santa Rosa and back, we hired Rapid Express to deliver it to us. They responded cheerfully, as if it were routine to drive that crazy, curvy stretch of Route 1, and the driver seemed to arrive almost immediately. He said he really knew the road, and we «breathed easier» as the courier departed (quotes because it was a breathing machine connector that he delivered). We recommend them highly. Not cheap, but worth it.

I live on the east coast and had kind of an odd errand to run — picking up beer from a brewery only available in Cali and dropping off at a shipping facility. Matt from Rapid Express was fantastic overall — responsive, quick and and very accommodating. The brewery had a 12 bottle limit per person so Matt was able to send 2 people to the brewery so that I could get a whole case. Would absolutely recommend and use this service again!!! Thank you!

I used this service for a sweater I needed to be picked up from a relatives house after Thanksgiving. Matt, the Operations Manager, was very accommodating in picking up and overnighting the sweater to me. His staff was also very courteous and helpful with my request. He made something challenging very easy! I will definitely use Rapid Express for any courier needs in the future. The prices here are also very reasonable!

Needed some help with a palletized shipment to a destination deemed undeliverable by a freight carrier. Rapid Express picked up the pallet from the freight terminal and delivered it to the consignee the same day. Got me out of a huge jam. Quote request was responded to promptly, price was on point, and service was entirely hassle free. I work with shippers every day and professionalism is big missing link in the industry. These guys are as good as they get.

Need same day delivery from San Francisco to Modesto, the package didn’t ready for pick up until noon and need to be there by 5pm. Plus, I didn’t call to schedule the pick up until 10:30am. Wow, they came on time at noon and my customer receive the package at 2:30pm. Nice! Plus, the sale reps are super friendly.

My elderly mother-​in-​law drove up to Mendocino (from Sausalito) on a Friday afternoon and forgot some crucial medication which she needed to take by 10am Saturday. She realized on Friday evening that she forgot her pills and called us. It was after the FedEx and overnight delivery drop-​off deadlines when she remembered.
She did not want to drive back to Sausalito (it’s a long and stressful drive for her) and I (son-​in-​law) could not drive up to Mendocino because I had events with my family to attend Saturday and could not leave my kids alone late on Friday night. We were all panicked and trying to figure-​out what to do. I located Rapid Express online and called them. They answered on the second ring.
Matt was on duty Friday evening. He was professional, gave me a quote while on the phone and arranged the logistics. It’s not cheap, but all things considered, it was a fair price to get an important package to a distant location at the very last minute.
I handed-​off the package to Matt and it was delivered to my mother-​in-​law in Mendocino exactly as planned. Bottom line: Matt and Rapid Express are excellent. I highly recommend them. Very well managed service, great staff and I trust them completely.

Great service nice people. I needed to get a package roughly 40 miles away and could not take the time to take it myself. I used their website to get a quote at 11:30pm on a Sunday night, I got the quote back in 10 minutes and it was less money than I expected. They picked up the package ant 9am the next morning and delivered it at 11am. It did not need to be delivered till Noon. Highly recommend this service.
