With over 25 years of combined experience, Jon and Curtis founded Moore Solar /​Heating /​Cooling in 2009. They started the business with the belief that homeowners should be the ‘boss’ when it comes to their Solar /​Heating /​Cooling needs.

Curtis & Jon founded the company on a simple belief, the cornerstone of their company… The «One Year Test Drive».

That’s to say that any homeowner who purchases equipment from Moore Heating & Air Conditioning has a full year to try out the equipment and make sure it’s the best fit for their home.

Outstanding service in replacing our heating and cooling equipment. Rich and crew were on time and brought in additional help in order to finish on time. They did a thorough cleanup and the finished work was billed at the same cost as originally estimated. We would not hesitate to recommend them to others and would use them again.

If you need any HVAC services or installations, you should just stop looking right now and contact Moore. Corinna came out to do our quote and was so respectful and nice, and also explained a lot of complicated stuff in a way that I could understand. I just trusted her from the beginning. She even looked over competing bids we received and explained the differences in the quotes. She made herself totally available and that was much appreciated.
On installation day, Ira and Som came over and even though they were here all day, which usually annoys me, they were so nice and friendly, it was like having friends over. The whole team was professional and they answered questions and kept us briefed over the course of the installation. They told me a few times that I am «family» now and that if I ever need anything, even at night, to go ahead and call them.
One of the best companies I have ever worked with and they were so polite. Moore is definitely focused on customer service and it shows. I definitely feel like family now.

My daughter and son-​in-​law used Moore to install a new heater and AC system this spring. I decided after 25 years to install AC in my home. Since my daughter was so happy with Moore, I gave them a call. The tech came out and did a thorough analysis of our current system and recommended a unit. We scheduled for 3 weeks later. The next day, they called because an appointment was freed up and they could install the very next week. Everything went perfectly. When running their final testing, they discovered a circuit board for the heater had failed. They came back a week later and installed the part for NO charge. It was a 90 minute job and an expensive part. Their thank you for our business. Moore certainly deserves the great reviews they get. Excellent service. They show up when they say they will.

I have been using Moore Heating and Air, for sometime now, I first called them out with a furnace problem, I think the second time they came out I bought there packet that is 12.95 a month I get them 2 times a year once for the heater and the 2nd one to check the air. I have never had any problems with them, they are on time, and very friendly and clean. This last man I just had Tuesday was Chaelo and he was fantastic showing me what was wrong and what I might need to fix in the future, changed my filter cleaned it up so good I can actually see the filter through the grates. LOL I just love this company and it’s employees.

Today Nick and Kevin came to my home and performed the most comprehensive service to my full Trane air conditioning system. They explained things that were never previously explained and I found them both to be extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They even spotted that I needed a small PVC pipe trap and I had them install it on the spot. This was never noticed by any previous tech but these two spotted it right away. I can’t speak about these two techs with any more glowing terms. I’m going to insist that they perform all my semi-​yearly inspections!

Just had them out to do the $ 20 tune up thought HomeDepot. Nick D and Kevin exceeded my expectations by a mile. They were on time (at the beginning of the time window not the end), clean, friendly and very knowledgeable. they did much more that is expected for a $ 20 dollar service call, checked all voltages, cleaned and vacuumed the condenser, checked the ducts and made a few suggestions but no hard upsale. My unit is fairly new and we dont use it that ofter but they gave it a clean bill of health and showed me some stuff i can do myself.
Good people and and good job… I will use them if i need any work in the future.

Moore just replaced my entire HVAC system. 2 weeks ago our AC died suddenly, if you can call 18 years of hard use «sudden». OK, it was expected. Moore sent out Matthew, who looked over the whole system, and gave us a very good estimate to replace the AC and furnace (older than the AC, and also on its last legs), and to correct some structural problems created by the builder. The dryer vent exited the house just above the AC unit, exhaling lint onto it with every load of laundry. The air intake was about half the size it should have been for a house our size. The space in the attic where the furnace had been installed was too tight for the furnace to be serviced. What space there was leftover was filled with about 40 feet of extra duct, wound and twisted like intestines (no wonder the airflow was so low). We’re wondering how did it all pass inspection originally?
We scheduled installation of the new system — it was a lot of work, so it took two days. The installers, Troy and Tommy, were great. They were on-​time, worked hard, friendly, respectful of our home (they put those little booties on every time they came in the house), polite with my kids, and cleaned up after themselves as they went, and then thoroughly vacuumed each day as they left the house. If only my kids were more like Troy and Tommy! At the end of day 2, Marcelus appeared. He taped up all the gaps in the duct work to ensure everything was sealed properly, and then worked with a 3rd-​party certifier to make sure everything was functioning efficiently. Of course, it is, and we now qualify for energy efficiency rebates!
Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience.

Moore Installed a new furnace for us about 6 months ago. The team was great, clean, professional. They came out last week for a follow up, tune up. Chaelo was great. Very professional, informative and thorough. He asked if we had our Air Conditioning looked at in a while, and I said we had not, He called another Tech who happened to be in the are (I believe his name was Barry?), and they both took a look as a courtesy and provided very helpful information and recommendations cleaned it up for me. What a great company. Highly recommended.

We hired Moore to do a complete install of a heating and air conditioning system. We have a fun, funky house but not the easiest for installing an entirely new system. Chad and his team (Robert and Rich) did a terrific job of getting vents everywhere in the house and installing solar panels as well.
I can’t say enough good things about Moore and it’s employees. They were courteous, friendly and HARD working.

Dale did a great job! Showed up on time, replaced the capacitor in our AC, answered a question I had about the air filter unit we have. I even offered we should be proactive and replace the capacitor on our other upstairs unit, but he tested it and said no need (would have been an easy upsell).
