Proactive Health Labs is a nonprofit health assessment and wellness organization committed to making sure you have the information and tools you need to get and stay your healthiest. In our health centers, you’ll find medical doctors who perform a wide array of tests to help you pinpoint the root cause of your health issues, and the resources to address them. When more serious or chronic health problems emerge, we can provide a much-​needed guide to help you navigate a complicated health care system. And because we want everyone to reap the benefits of better health care, our patient advocacy program is available nationwide.

Private appointment times are available, catered to your schedule.

pH Labs will be closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.

Our first location opened on February 12^th, 2014, in Santa Monica, CA.

Meet the Business Owner

Joy S.

Business Owner

Proactive Health Labs founder Joy understands firsthand the staggering impact of sickness and disease. Both of her parents died from complications of diabetes and hypertension, her brother died from colon cancer, her business partner died from liver cancer, and her seemingly fit and healthy 30-​year-​old hiking acquaintance died in her presence during a relatively short hike. These experiences, coupled with her 30+ years as an attorney specializing in health care law, fueled her passion for helping others lead a proactive lifestyle. She believes that the better educated people are about protecting their health, the more benefits of a healthy life they will enjoy.
