I’ve literally never been able to read EVERY SINGLE REVIEW for a place while waiting to get helped. Granted there were only five reviews, but they all gave 1 star and I have to agree. I’ve been sitting here for 40 minutes and they’ve helped people who have arrived after me, but people go in and never come back out…

One person working the front and the back! With a room full of people waiting no less. So much for making an appointment online ahead of time.

TERRIBLE.
Never trust a medical services company with your health, tests and results, with this kind of arrogant disregard for its customers.
No one answers the phone. I sat through 5 minutes of obnoxious voice mail messages telling me to go online, set up and register a new account, to make an appointment.
No one ever picks up the phone. Pushing «0» for someone to answer the phone is ignored and starts the lengthy barrage of voice mail blather all over again.

This facility is so unprofessional and the employees are so rude. The front desk woman was texting on her cell phone after calling me up to ask for my information to enter into the computer. Rather than helping a customer, she was too busy answering her text messages so I asked her if I should go back and sit down because clearly she was busy and she told me to wait. After attending to her phone she finally called me in to take my test and was so rude because I couldn’t fill up the urine sample. She was even watching a t.v. show on her phone! I have never seen a medical office like this before and I will never come back here again. These employees should definitely get some better customer service training.

Unfriendly employees. Uncompassionate. I don’t blame the employees though, I blame management. They have a set lunchtime hour: 11am to 1:30pm where they refuse to see patients. It is an idiotic policy because if a patient has a job, like I do, lunch hour is the most convenient time to get labs drawn. I was unfortunate enough to arrive during this lunchbreak period and was smuggly turned away. Also parking for this site is a nightmare.

I was not impressed with this facility. Employees were unfriendly, lazy, unhelpful, unprofessional and have a bad attitude. I had to wait for 40 minutes before they told me they didn’t understand the prescription my Doctor had written for blood work. I had to ask what was going on as there was no one waiting and people who had an appointment after mine were getting served! Once I found out what the problem was I had to call the doctor myself and the problem was solved within 5 minutes! Otherwise who knows how long I would have sat in the waiting room (alone and starving from fasting))!!! Communication skills are lacking with these young girls there. AND I got a big bruise where the blood was drawn on my arm. This has never happened before in all the years I have had blood drawn… I WILL NEVER USE THIS FACILITY AGAIN FOR BLOOD WORK. Really lame.
