Engineered Design Construction

This is an excellent landscape company owned and operated by a husband and wife team. They are such a pleasure to work with because they take pride in their work and pay attention to details. They are fast, efficient, and get the job done on task and within their stated budget.
We were in need of a ton of landscaping work for our backyard. We started by going the budget route and hiring people here and there to build a fence, or knock out concrete. We found this approach was not saving us money and often causing more trouble than solving our landscaping issues. We realized we needed to hire one team that could do it all.
This company was suggested by our landscape designer, Kathleen Shaeffer. I usually start my search by looking for a website and on Unilocal.Engineered Design does not have a web presence so I never would have found them without the reference. I had them over for an initial consultation along with two other landscape companies. In the end we chose Engineered Design because of the ease of communication and thorough bid they provided us. Where other companies seemed rushed, or didn’t look at the big picture, they took their time exploring our yard and taking notes on everything they found.
They broke their budget down into phases of completion so that we could see what it would cost to complete the entire backyard (even if we didn’t plan on doing it all at once). This was extremely helpful because we realized some things would have to be done first before other, etc.
I just can’t say enough about this company. They are honest and hardworking. They know what they are doing and do a great job. Use them! You will be satisfied.
