We are a local Santa Cruz organic catering company specializing in internationally inspired healthy food. We are available for all size events from personal chef services and private parties to sporting and music event festivals and weddings. History
Established in 2005.
I began Conscious Creations as a personal chef catering to clients all over Santa Cruz and Los Gatos. After a couple years I started serving my food in Farmers Markets cooking breakfast on the weekends and serving lunch and dinner during the week. As my business grew my clients and their needs grew as well. We started catering surf contests, and music festivals, doing more corporate catering and expanding our client base as much as possible. After years of vending food outside, I decided to open a café in 2011 and had the café for three years before selling in 2014. We treated Santa Cruz to breakfast, lunch and dinner, had lots of parties and live music along with an epic beer and wine bar serving drinks from all over the central coast. After the café sold I refocussed my business to catering and have been cooking ever since.

I grew up in San Diego, but moved to Santa Cruz after High School in 1995 for school and a different pace of life. I have lived all over the world ever since but keep coming back to this beautiful town and am currently living here with my family.
I began my culinary career in my early teens working in Breakfast Cafes and Pizzerias and then progressed into a Polynesian Chart House Restaurant in San Diego. Here I studied all stages of cooking from the prep table to the line in a fast paced high volume gourmet eatery. After putting in my time working as a line cook in enough restaurants I decided to expand my options and start working for myself.
After getting a degree in Fine arts at UCSC, I spent the next 4 years traveling and soaking up a wide palate of tastes from Mexico, Hawaii, Australia, Fiji, Indonesia and Malaysia. I spent 2 years working and traveling in Australia and Indonesia and there I got a taste of what the truest dining pleas
