I would love to give them higher review but they really have to make sure how do they make drinks. I asked for two caramel fraps one of them with green tea(which was made good) and the other regular frap guess what it wasn’t even sweet at all. After waiting for 20mins you give me this? I won’t ever come back

I never have problems with Starbucks except with this location! I tend to gravitate to this Starbucks more because it’s the closest drive thru store for me and because its close to the freeway but I might have to change locations because the service here is horrible! I always go through the drive thru and it never fails that someone screws up my order… every time! They either warm up the food when I specifically and repeatedly ask for it not to be or they forget something in my order. Seriously how hard is it? Today was the last straw… I ordered an iced coffee, 2 Madeleine cookies, 2 butter croissants and a large ice water and they forgot the ice water and cookies! Beware these employees never pay attention!

I’ve been to this location a couple times now and every time its been the same. The drinks I’ve ordered are very bland; they don’t have any flavor. I’ve ordered a caramel frappuccino, caramel macchiato and a white mocha frappuccino to name a few and they tasted like it was missing something. On top of that, the drive through is always busy. As for their customer service, I do give them credit. In my experiences, they are nice, polite and professional. I don’t think ill be going back to this location.

I am a regular here coz I live right next door. I’ve gone through the drive thru countless times and have had exceptional service from the workers! I have sat down inside to study with my friends, if there was a table available. Only once I went by myself and there was no seat. I always have such a wonderful experience, they are all very friendly and know what their responsibilities are! My orders are always correct. But they could improve on the speed of service. :) I just wish there were more seats inside! Other than that love going to this location.

I love Laurie! Ever time I go thru the drive thru– I Start to order my drink & if she’s taking my order– She already knows who I am & what I want. As for the rest of the employees, all of them are nice & for the most part have great customer service. Laurie needs a raise;)

This location is the closest to my house. The drive thru line is extremely slow moving. There is one drive thru operator that I absolutely love, and he only works in the PMs. I’m not sure what his name is, but he is extremely upbeat, quick and friendly. He is the only plus side to this location. Drinks are NEVER consistent. Today, I visited this location through the drive thru and was behind two cars. They seemed like they were helped quickly, yet we were waiting at the window for 7 minutes without anyone coming to even let us know it’ll be a few minutes. On top of that, my peppermint mocha didn’t have any peppermint in it — or if it did, I could barely taste it. I wish I could say I won’t return to this location again, but it’s less than a mile from my house, so I’ll probably be back once a week.

I’m giving the 5 stars for great customer service. Although they were out of the coffee I wanted which is never what you want to hear… especially in the drive thru when you can’t leave or I would have. However the drive thru attendant acknowledged and apologized at the window that they were out of my coffee and when it would be in. It’s not an easy job and customers can be very rude but I understand employees are there to do the job and today Ryder gets 5 stars!!!

It may seem silly to review a big chain like Starbucks, but I go so often the people in the drive through here know the name of my dog(he’s usually in the back greeting whoever is in the window.) I see a lot of negative reviews here and I think a lot of these people are ridiculous. As for the«slow drive through, I have counted, the drive through holds around 7 cars, so if you pull in and you are at the very back and you get your drink in 15 min, that is just over 2 min per car. Thats to take orders, make drinks, and heat pastries, and that is assuming those cars aren’t each ordering 10 drinks, and that they aren’t being nightmare humans who ask 8 of those 10 to be remade for them. If I want Starbucks in the morning, I leave 15 min early. If you dont, you should. This place has mostly very friendly staff and I have never had a bad drink. I am here easily 3 – 4 times a week if not more. It’s great.

This is probably the second worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I came here earlier this week and after a bad first impression I still wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt so I came in again today and regret it. Earlier in the week I came during a time where it wasn’t busy. the drive-thru was a little longer than I like so I went inside. There was no one else in line, awesome! I put in my order and about 10 minutes later the cashier comes to me and asks me what my order was again because their printer wasn’t working. I wasn’t in a rush so I gave it to her, I understand that things happen. Then about another 10 minutes later I walked up to the counter and had to give my order a third time to the barista actually making the drinks because apparently they don’t communicate. After 20 minutes of waiting I finally got my drinks. The barista gave me a $ 4 card for the inconvenience which I thought was cool. I thought I’d go in today and give it another go. They were much quicker this time but I still had to wait a little longer than I should have. I don’t drink my tea until it cools down a bit so I had already left but I tasted my Chai Tea and it doesn’t have a hint of chai in it. I think it’s just milk and foam. I’m incredibly disappointed since I was looking forward to it. I will not be going to this location again even if it means I have to drive further for my caffeine fix.

Once you’re in the drive thru line, you’re basically screwed. This is the slowest Starbucks EVER. I’m not sure if it’s the employees or the high volume of people that come here… Maybe both? All I know is that I had to repeat my order 3 times for the lady to actually get it(each time carefully enunciating each word and syllable). Why 2 stars? I give them them 2 because whenever I go inside and order, I have no problems. The only problems stem from how slow their drive thru is.

I would love to give them a good review but something needs to be done with how the drinks are made. I didn’t realize how nasty the Valencia orange refresher is from here until i had it else where.(Starbucks in burbank) Everytime i order Valencia Orange from here it comes out tasting like strong medicine that burns my throat. Sometimes it even makes me feel sick. I also noticed my other drinks didn’t taste as good either. Ive ordered white mocha(my second favorite drink and caramel macchiato) something is off with the flavors and the sweetness is on a whole new level!!! Yuck The baristas need training! My other frequent location is the drive thru Starbucks located on Tourney Rd… Same issue here as well. The Valencia Orange comes out tasting like strong medicine and burns my throat… I wish i had the burbank employees here! I cant get over how good my drink tasted from the Burbank location.(yum!)

Why do they serve you coffee before it is done brewing? They had to make a new pot and I said I was happy to wait but please allow it to completely brew and finish before you give me my cup. They didn’t. It totally changes the taste of the coffee and ruins your drink! Why? Please train your people not to do this.

I am a fan of the expensive coffee franchise known as Starbucks and I go to many of them. This one is nice as it has a drive thru, being right off the 14 freeway, and it’s got a friendly staff who knows how to make their drinks. Being that I came during their«happy hour» where all of their fraps are half off, it was surprisingly not super busy and I got through the drive thru pretty quickly. I love me some Starbucks and will most likely be back again if I happen to be in the area and craving some caffeine.
