Just a typical Subway. There are never an excess amount of people here. I’ve never had to wait in line. Ever. I’ve never noticed any absurd cleanliness issues nor have I gotten ill from eating here.

For the most part, it was a good experience. I didn’t get any greeting from the manager when I walked in, who met me eye to eye first. I got a greeting from Norma, who would take care of me. I walked in at 10am to order a breakfast sandwich. Norma asked me what I wanted and I ended up buying a foot long forest ham, egg and cheese flatbread. She made it very carefully and precisely, then toasted it, checked it, slightly toasted it more for the right textures. Then she brought it out and asked what I wanted on it. I went with tomato, bell peppers and onions, finished with sriracha sauce. I asked for a second line of sriracha sauce through my order for more flavor development without the salt and pepper being added. The sandwich came out very neat, proper, heated, and tasteful. It was very well made and properly wrapped up nice and tight. She was pleasant to deal with, very nice and helpful. I give this four instead of five stars because guests should be greeted by the first employee behind the counter, especially if their eyes met.

If I could give this place –5 stars I would. We used them to cater my daughters first birthday party and all 20 or so attendees except 1 or 2 got sick. Seriously. No exaggeration, four of us ended up in the hospital including myself. The health department contacted those who had gotten sick for interviews and also went to the store to investigate. They found mold as well as other violations there in the restaurant. I filed a claim with subways insurance company to have them pay for my $ 700 hospital deductible. Ultimately the claim was denied(surprise surprise) and I didn’t have the energy or time to fight over $ 700 so needless to say I got stuck with the bill. I will never go to ANY subway again. «Subway. Rat flesh.»

Although these guys are clean and the food is fresh, they don’t have the best customer service skills. They rush and may sometimes skip you or not finish with you and pass you in to another associate. It always feels like the hunger games when I’m in this place. Fresh food, not so good service.

Today, I walked into Subway for a delicious breakfast sandwich, looking to start off my day on a good note. I began to order my sandwich and the employee was very nice. When I moved on to the other employee named Tony, he was incredibly rude off the bat. I asked him if I could substitute OJ for the coffee. He told me he wasn’t allowed to. This would have been fine but since he was incredibly rude about it, it made me upset. I ended up paying extra and walked out disappointed. Don’t think I will be back, thanks!

This place is a little bit below the average. There are some points to improve, which can easily make the difference. First of all, please keep your bathroom clean. Many people stop by this place because they are on the road, so it might be a bit challenging but please don’t give up. When we stopped by this Subway, there was disinfecting soap everywhere in the bathroom. The toilet itself, sink, floor, Everywhere! Wipe it out. Second point is about people and their skills. The guy who made my sandwich told me that he had worked long time in Subway chain, but when I got my sandwich it wasn’t really tightly wrapped. The sandwich was falling apart and even wasn’t cut in two halves all the way through. Pay attention to details. Peace, love, and details. Overall, it could be better.

I wish I could give this horrible place zero stars. Their sandwiches sent myself and four others to the hospital for several days because of food poisoning. After further investigation, they discovered mold in some of their products. STAYAWAY.

I find that its hard ordering here. There is definitely a language barrier. The employee asked us questions about what we would like on our sandwiches, but her accent was so strong that we could only understand half of what they said(English is my first language). and when i tried to ask questions they stared blankly back and it was obvious they couldn’t understand half of what we were saying either. we left shaking our heads and wondering what we had actually ordered.
