Stop N Save Store No. 115

I’m not sure what James D. is talking about. Perhaps he meant a different location.
This store is clean, the stock gets rotated, and the owner is a nice guy.
All the standard items you expect are here. They don’t get five stars because I can’t say there’s anything that makes it stand out (like a killer beer, wine, liquor, or cigar selection), but it’s EXACTLY what it’s supposed to be – a convenience store that carries a decent selection of varied items that fill the bill when you don’t want to go to a supermarket.

At first glance it’s in a sketch part of town and I always check my corners as it always looks like someone or something is going to jump at you and jack you when you get out of your car. There’s not much lighting outside so your best bet is to haul a inside.
Anyways they have everything liquor stores are supposed to have; cigs, liqs, junk food, milk. The shop owner is a scruffy looking old guy who is actually really nice. Maybe he should apply that nice quality about him to his store though. It’s damn filthy inside, disorganized and looks like a tornado hit it. Speaks volumes about himself.
Anyways it’s convenient and right next to Maple Leaf Donuts which I absolutely love, but damn, I’d rather drive an extra mile to grab a drink or a pack instead of giving this place any business.
