Ruth Barron – State Farm Insurance Agent

My family and I have been with Ruth for almost 20 years. Insurance, life insurance, renters, the works. In this time if I rented a car i would call in and say am I covered, and if im not can you make sure I’m covered. Same thing i did for 10 – 15 years no problems. The last time i did so someone in her office said yes you are covered. A mirror got knocked off my rental car in a parking lot so i called it in. This person at Ruth office said I never called and and I wasn’t covered for it. It was only $ 500. And this person BOLD FACE lied to save her own butt! What good is having insurance, paying for years and years if the one time you need them for $ 500 they bail out on you! My friends who know me you know I wouldn’t be on here if didn’t happen just like this. Those who don’t know me, why take the risk when there are so many other offices in the san jose area.

My parents and I have been customers of Ruth’s for decades. She’s always been super helpful and great to us whenever we’ve stopped by with new cars or a semi-​complicated insurance question. Have no incentive to go anywhere else.

Ruth is kind, considerate and honest.
Her staff is super helpful and always available when I need them.
