I received a moving violation that made my car insurance really expensive. I sent my info to a few brokers and Murad at All Spectrum was one of the first to get back to me. He quoted me a price that sounded too good to be true, but after carefully reviewing the coverage it was basically a done deal. The policy is with a name brand insurance company and actually better than my old coverage I was paying too much for.
The best part is the amazing customer service I’ve received from Murad. I’ve moved a couple of times recently, and he’s been super responsive and friendly in terms of getting paperwork updated and sent out to me in a timely manner. I plan on sticking with All Spectrum for a long time, and I highly recommend them if you want great service and a good deal.

I bought my first new car in early 2014, which happened to also be my first time needing insurance as I was previously under my parent’s. I wasn’t sure where to even start. Michael Denney was very helpful in showing me my options and helping me find coverage that would be good when I need it, but price-​effective in the meantime. Now that it’s time for a renewal of my policy, Michael took the time to see if what I have is still my best option so I’m not locked into something I don’t want… before I even realized it’s time to renew! I have just stopped by this insurance brockers office. First of all we were «welcomed» by a girl, who asked if we had appointment, as we are bothering everybody very much!!! As we did not (why do you write on your website that you welcome walk ins, if you do not?) after that she asked what kind of insurance we want, we said that we want health insurance. she asked another employee, he was looking at us, then he said they do not do health insurance (again why do you write it on website?). Actually we were looking for different kind if insurance, as we are business owners and we have just moved to bay area! But thank you, guys, for such unwelcoming experience, you can definitely teach how to loose clients!!! I do not recommend this company to anynody!!!

All Spectrum handles all my insurance needs for the last few years. Denis has been taking care of the home insurance, landlord insurance, Auto insurance and Umbrella, and Mac has been taking care of the health insurance.
At the time, they were able to find the best rate for me, which was significantly lower than everything else. They patiently walked with me through all the details and helped me to figure out all the different options, discounts and choices.
All Spectrum always offer amazingly fast turn around when I have questions or need information. They are almost always available, and if they are not, they are very prompt on answering voice mails or email. Denis and Mac are very professional and know the insurance business in and out, and were always able to resolve any issue.

Recently a drunk driver smashed into our house, totaling one car and destroying part of the garage while we were on vacation.
Mac, our All Spectrum Insurance broker was at the scene helping us make sure that the police had fully documented the accident correctly and secured the area to prevent against further damages. I’m very grateful to All Spectrum for going the extra mile and also providing us with ample coverage to reclaim our losses. All Spectrum truly stands by their customers and would highly them for all home/​auto/​business policies.

When purchasing a new home, we wanted to consolidate insurance for home, auto, and rental properties, plus get an unbrella policy. After contacting four brokers, Michael got us quotes promptly (within 48 hours!) that were accurate and included everything we needed. Only one other company came close, and it took them 2 weeks to get back to us. Michael was Johnny-​on-​the-​spot and we were so happy that his pricing was as good as his service.

I set up my rental car insurance policy in late February with All Spectrum Insurance Brokers’ Michael, and due to pricing update requirement, Michael told me that he would get in touch with me in June again when the policy needs to go in effect. He assured me that he would contact me and get in touch with me in June when price updates. However, 3 days before I need my policy activated, not only do I not get any contact back, but he also simply informs me that the insurance that he quoted is no longer available. This is 3 days before I need to utilize the insurance to pick up my rental car. I feel this is just irresponsible and truly bad customer service. What I could not stand was that there is no notification, and I had to find out through contacting them myself. With advanced warnings, I could have at least tried to look for alternative insurance broker or solutions.
Update: To be fair, Michael did try his best to help me find a solution after I contacted him. Unfortunately, in the end, there was still no resolution. As a first time customer, it is hard for me to try All Spectrum Insurance Brokers again without serious considerations.

How often can you visit an insurance agent were staff is dress professionally, knowledgeable, nice and provides you with options to save you money, you don’t see that often. Wow! I didn’t think this kind of customer services existed anymore. I’ve worked with Dima at All Spectrum on several kinds of insurance (home, business, etc.) and not only has he gotten me the best prices, but he helped me every step of the way in dealing with all the complicated applications. He even fought with the insurance company every time they did something wrong. It so nice not to sit there on hold trying to reach a service rep at the insurance company. Instead I just email Dima if I have any issues, and poof, the problem is fixed.
Now that I have these guys, I’ll never deal with a insurance company directly!
