Good shop and very fair prices. I had a relatively small job — an AC recharge with a compressor valve replacement. They seem to be busy (a good thing), but worked me into their schedule and I was in and out in the time quoted. I will be sure to keep Bloom in mind for other repairs in the future.

I recently brought my car to Bloom Autos for 60k service.
Owner (Salman) was very courteous and professional. He showed undercarriage of my car and explained what needed/​not-​needed work. Since I made an appointment, everything was completed before quoted time. They have a wait room with free wifi/​drinks. Appreciated the honesty and great customer care. Pricing very reasonable.

I found this place through Groupon and let me tell you — I was definitely NOT disappointed. It was a little hard to find the shop, but once I got there, I was helped immediately. Being female, I obviously knew almost nothing about cars, but everyone kept me informed and they even did a full inspection on the car and pointed out problem areas. Never once did they push me to purchase any types of service — it was all just so I knew and even when the estimate came, it was very reasonably priced. I will definitely be coming back here for any other auto maintenance needs.

I initially was unimpressed with Bloom when I came for the groupon deal because I felt like I was getting up sold for the synthetic and had bought the synthetic blend thinking it would be similar. Then I found out my motor oil had been leaking out of my car after the oil change and had to go back in to get it checked out. Turns out the cap that holds the motor oil filter in place (??) was cracked and leaking and although I don’t know whether it had anything to do with the oil change, the manager was courteous enough to replace the cap and refill my oil with synthetic oil complementary. I was definitely impressed with the customer care the second manager I met showed towards his customers and felt that he could be trusted.

I can’t say enough good things about Bloom Autos.
I initially went in to change my girlfriend’s oil in her Mazda as part of a 3-​oil change Groupon deal, which the team at Bloom Autos performed quickly. As part of their routine maintenance inspection, they found her rear brake pads and rotors were worn and needed replacing and quoted us a reasonable price.
Prior to coming to Bloom Autos, my plans were to have my girlfriend’s car serviced and then get my cam shaft sensors on my 350Z replaced at another shop as I was experiencing power loss issues common in these cars. Having heard the quote for the brake pads and rotors for the Mazda, I asked about his experience with replacing cam shaft sensors and Salman proved knowledgeable and quoted me a very fair price to complete work on my 350Z.
We ended up getting both cars serviced on the same day (thanks Salman) and even got rides to and from the local plaza to kill time. The services were completed on time and we couldn’t be happier. I drove my 350Z today and I swear the car feels much more powerful than previously and I’m so thrilled.
I would definitely come back to Salman and his team for my car needs and recommend you do as well!

Found this place on GroupOn. Solomon is the owner there. He was super helpful and always willing to show the other things wrong with my car. Did a full inspection and checked tire pressure too. I will definitely be coming back again! :)

I found this place through a Groupon deal. I called them for an appointment and brought my car in for oil change and inspection. It took about an hour, which is pretty normal. They told me that the next time I come in, they’ll give me the same deal. Excellent service, definitely coming back to this place.
P. S. They also have a small waiting room with free wifi and drinks, which is a plus!

I found Bloom’s through a Groupon deal for an oil change. I was aware that my car needed to have the belt changed (it was pretty worn out) and after doing the inspection they pointed it out as well. They gave me fair price to get it replaced so I decided to get it done that same day.
No problems since then.
Fast forward to when I was due for another oil change, I went back and they provided the service for the same price as the Groupon deal. In addition I knew that my brakes needed replacing, and again they mentioned it after inspection. Someone had cancelled an appt. so I took advantage and took the slot to get my brake pads replaced. After the service I noticed my car was making weird clanking noises when driving on the road, brought it back the same day and it turns out the suspensions needed some tweaking. They did not charge me for it even though it didn’t have to do with the brakes.
I have had good service so far and will be returning again. :)

Went to this place first time for a oil/​filter change for my Lexus GS, through a Groupon deal bought a few months back. Three days after the service, I noticed that there was a puddle of engine oil on my garage floor. Hmmn, it must be due to the service done a few days back. So I brought my car back to the shop the next day.
Mechanics in the shop examined my car. What happened is that someone else in one of my previous oil change services screwed up the oil drain thread, so the oil plug was leaky, even the oil pan was tempered. Instead of fixing the problem, those people used a lot of putty/​sealant to cover the problem.
So the Bloom guys took the trouble to fix the problem not caused by them. They went extra miles to get the parts from the shop, re-​thread the oil drain, gave me rides to and from my work place, all with no extra charge. Needless to say they have won my business going forward!

Very accomdating and full honor of deals and groupons. The man in charge is down to earth and wont try to upsell anything.

Found this place on Groupon for an oil change deal. Staff was super nice and helpful as well as the owner. Nice to finally find a shop that’s dedicated to help you rather cheat you.

I just took my car into Bloom this weekend for an oil change I bought off Living Social. I drive a 2013 Nissan Altima and because it’s relatively new, I didn’t think there would be any problems. Boy was i glad I brought it into Bloom. First off the owner is such a nice guy. He gets all calls forwarded to his cell phone so that he could answer any customer questions after hours, on the weekends, and during holidays. That’s what i call superior customer service.
Second during the oil change he discovered what he called a rear crank leak which he describes as a major problem because I would need to take the engine out to fix. Normally when it comes to body shops I have major reservations because I can never tell if someone is lying to me or trying to rip me off. However the owner at Bloom was very honest and sincere, telling me to take it to the dealership and get it looked at while my car was still under warranty.
I just got back from the Nissan dealership today and they told me it was a good thing I brought my car in. An issue like this isn’t normally seen on newer cars and had I waited, something major would’ve probably happened. They estimated that this fix would’ve cost me a few thousand but because I’m still under warranty they are taking care of it for me.
The way I see it, a $ 39 oil change and a great, honest, sincere owner at Bloom saved me several thousand dollars in engine problems. This kind of customer service is rare and I promise you will have a hard time finding a more honest and sincere person than the owner at Bloom.
Because of this experience I will have no problems coming back here for future car maintenance.
