AcademyX Computer Training

Great Photoshop Fundamentals class with Barbara. So much information, I may need to take it again.

I was worried that I was a little too advanced for the class I signed up for. I discussed the agenda with her and I decided to stay. Glad I did, I learned things I didn’t know and I felt extremely comfortable with asking questions. You know in a class environment you kinda hope someone else asks your question, but the class is small and she walks around to your desk and talks to you and you don’t feel «dumb question» syndrome. I am taking another class next week. :)

The instructor at AcademyX was really helpful and was taking into consideration the fact some students doesn’t have a background for the course and he was very detailed oriented. I have contacted the training center after couple of years to receive my certificate and the respond was pretty quick and easy.

The instructor at Academy X — Rebecca Threewitt is awesome. She knows all her material and makes everything very simple and easy to understand by giving examples. Highly recommend Academy X for any computer skills development classes.

Illustrator Fundamental training was great. Lots of hands on learning, not just reading from a book. Small class size adds to the hands on learning and personal instruction. Karly was an awesome instructor. I am definitely going back for InDesign training in 2 weeks with her.

This is the best computer training class I’ve ever taken — Small group classes, personal attention and very affordable.
I am a computer science graduate and I’ve taken many expensive classes over the years that I didn’t get as much out of as I got from the class I’ve taken lately with AcademyX.
Very easy to fall in love with this school and keep coming…

Intermediate excel with Rebecca 3 was great. I use excel daily and learned a lot of excellent tips, tricks and tools that I will definitely use. Highly recommend this class and look forward to taking the advanced class.

I just finished taking Dreamweaver I with Academy X & next week I am taking Dreamweaver II & Photoshop I. After two days of class I can’t believe how much I have learned & I am extremely excited about my next couple of classes. Bob H. was my instructor for Dreamweaver I & he was excellent. He assessed the skill levels of the people in the class quickly & accurately & tailored the class to our skills & interests.
In addition to the quality instruction, the classroom facility is pretty nice. Academy X recently moved into the Techmart building next to the Hyatt. The building is nice in its own right, but the classroom set up is great. One thing they do is have a monitor mirroring the instructor’s monitor in between the student’s monitors. So at no time is there ever an issue of not being about to see what the instructor is doing on a projected screen. Nice touch.
