History

Established in 2015.

This beautiful salon was originally established in the end of 2013 and under is new ownership as of Feb 1, 2015. We are currently in a business development stage although our hair, make-​up, eyelash extensions, nail care and waxing services are 100% operational. Our stylists and estheticians are well trained under the direction of Artistic Director Connie Fueyo who is the new owner. Connie has over 35 years as a licensed hairstylist in both Illinois and California and decades of continuing education, fashion show & platform work. There are many salon upgrades including salon décor, enhanced product & service offerings & weekly salon education. There are also some price adjustments to keep the salon sustainable long term. All of the changes are put in place with the intent of offering you a consistent and high quality salon experience at an affordable price. Thank-​You for considering us for your beauty needs.

Business Owner

I started my career as a full time licensed hairstylist in the Chicago area in 1979 and have been licensed ever since. Additionally I attained my California Cosmetology license after I relocated to Santa Barbara in the 1990’s. I was the first artistic director for John Amico’s flagship store «Hair Performers» at Stratford Square in Bloomingdale Illinois in the early 80’s and later worked for Mario Tricocci Salon in Bloomingdale. At the time a surprising opportunity came about in my career that I couldn’t resist. I took a leap of faith and became a United Airlines International & Domestic flight attendant which expanded my concept of beauty immensely and resulted in my hair business taking off while traveling the world. In 2015– 28 years later –I retired early from United Airlines to pursue my dream of salon ownership and to get back to my first loves of hairstyling, community building and customer service on a more creative & intimate level.
