I’ve used Renga Flooring twice for carpet work and for a new hardwood floor. The service has always been top notch and Mike does a great job taking a consultative approach. Happy to work with a local company for flooring needs that is reliable and priced well. Highly recommended.

Our Property Management company has been using Michael Renga Flooring for over two years, and we will continue to rely on his services for all future endeavors. From the moment we contacted Mike, he displayed the highest level of customer service and professionalism. His genuine and honest approach coupled with an enthusiasm for his craft put us at ease and set the foundation for a lasting business relationship.
Mike met us at our apartment complex for a complimentary on-​site bid where his use of technology proved to be incredibly efficient and accurate. I have worked with several flooring vendors in the past and Mike’s use of technology in assessing our needs is indicative of his commitment to his profession and continued education in the use of cutting edge equipment. Mike provided many different samples for us to choose from and gave detailed explanations of the specs for each flooring option.
Not only have we contracted them for over fifty carpet and vinyl replacements for apartment turnovers, but also for the hardwood-​style flooring upgrade in our private residence. We absolutely love the sandy-​colored laminate that we chose — it is the perfect look for living close to the beach!
The Renga workmen crew is exemplary, second to none. Dennis, the lead flooring installer, and his crew are punctual, very professional, and considerate of our properties. Their diligence, attention to detail and teamwork are a recipe for superior work. Our units, our homes, are treated with the utmost care and their candor and promptness in notifying me with any challenges /​issues is greatly appreciated. Dennis and Cesear’s level of service transcends all others and I hope that they remain with the Renga team for the years to come!
Overall, I have had a wonderful experience working with Renga Flooring. It is often difficult to find trustworthy and dependable flooring companies who stand behind their quality work. They continue to exceed my expectations. I appreciate all of their hard work and look forward to working with them when turnover season arrives again next summer.

Mike Renga is fantastic to work with. Not only did he have a huge selection to pick from, he was very imformative throughout the process and took the time to discuss things in detail with me. His team came in and redid all my wood flooring (including changing out the stairs from carpet to wood), and installed new carpet for me in a week. I felt very comfortable letting his crew be in my home while I was at work, and they were very respectful and clean. I’ve done quite a few home improvement/​remodel projects over the last few years and Renga was the easiest, most pleasant contractor I’ve hired to date. I would absolutely recommend them!

They came out and looked at the work, coved linoleum in 3 rooms, and returned a contract that had a price that was acceptable. The contract required, however, that we waive important rights intended to protect consumers. For example, Renga required a 50% advance payment, which is a clear violation of state law which caps pre-​work payments at 10%. In addiition, their contract requires their customers to waive the federal chargeback rights that belong to everyone who uses a credit card. This is also illegal. When I asked that the contract be revised, they quickly returned an email stating that they were rescinding their offer to do the work. Maybe they do not want customers who know their rights. In our case, someone else is getting the work.
