Coveted Cakery is a gourmet, artisan cupcake and cookie company based in Santa Barbara, California that specializes in hand-​crafted, delicious baked goods for you and your loved ones. We use the finest ingredients available and take pride in producing an amazing array of flavors, all of which are delicately made from scratch and made to order just for you. Whether it’s for a small birthday party or a beautiful wedding, every order is baked with meticulous detail as if it was for my own family or friends.

Unfortunately at this time we do not have a storefront location. Our products are available by order only and for catering and events, etc. If you are interested in placing an order please give us a call!

Coveted Cakery is a Santa Barbara based home kitchen bakery that quickly grew from a hobby into a passion. It is owned and operated by me, Jessica Burton. I began baking at a young age with my mom on the weekends. After graduating from UC Santa Barbara I decided to turn this fun and enjoyable past time into something i could share with everyone. Whether it is for a small birthday gathering or a beautiful and important wedding, I bake every order with the love and care as I would for my own family and friends. I look forward to the opportunity of sharing my passion with you and your loved ones.

I had a GREAT experience with Coveted Cakery … a group of us were dining out for a friend’s birthday, and Jessica was a pleasure to work with from the start. We arranged the order & delivery several weeks in advance, she checked in with me a few days before, and then confirmed delivery on the day of the dinner. The cupcakes were delicious and a great way to end a celebratory evening … and I also think that the prices ($ 42 /​dozen «spiked» margarita cupcakes, which were also *beautiful*) is really reasonable. I will definitely be ordering from Jessica again.

Jessica is an absolute gem to work with! We contacted Jessica with Coveted Cakery to request custom cookies with our company’s logo for an event we had in February 2014 at the Four Seasons The Biltmore here in Santa Barbara. Jessica’s quick response time, level of service, and final product exceeded our expectations! The cookies she made for us were absolutely adorable, flawless in design, and super yummy. Jessica’s attention to detail is incredible and we are looking forward to working with her again soon. We highly recommend contacting Coveted Cakery!

Jessica, the cookies you made for my Lunch N Learn event were awesome. You made Broadview Mortgage look good. I knew these were great from all the positive comments we received at the event. But the real proof in the pudding was when I brought one home to my wife and she asked if I could bring more home. Problem was there were none left my staff liked them so much they were all gone. We will have to order more. Thanks again they were an awesome addition to our event.

Jessica Burton CRUSHES Crush Cakes by a milestone. We had both on our recent trip to Santa Barbara, and I am a cake fanatic. This young woman has real talent. The lemon buttercream frosting was creamy, thick, sweet but not cloying, fresh in its lemony tartness. The cake was moist and almost dough– like without being wet– it tasted heavenly. I think I had 12 mini cupcakes. Get in now– I think she’s going to be very big one of these days soon.
