Adam D Lowenstein MD- Montecito Plastic Surgery

After two back to back pregnancies, my body was a mess and I knew it was time to find a plastic surgeon for a «mommy makeover». My self confidence was low and no matter how hard I excersized and ate well my pooched and wrinkly belly and deflated breasts were just never going to be what they once were.
Dr. Lowenstein and his staff are absolutely amazing! From the second you walk into his beautiful and new state of the art office you know you are in great hands. Ruthie and Saida at the front desk are friendly, warm and welcoming. The nurse, Suzanne is very knowledgeable, incredibly helpful and makes you feel so comfortable. The anesthesiologist, Laurie is amazing and puts you at ease when your nerves are at there peak. I felt very tconfident putting my life in her hands!
And then, of course is Dr. Lowenstein. There are so many great things I can say about him. I knew what I wanted out of my surgeries, and he listened to me. He carefully explained what I could expect from the procedures and I felt that we were on the same page. I really trusted Dr. Lowenstein and knew he was the best at what he did!
Dr. Lowenstein went above and beyond all expectations I had. My breast are amazing considering what he had to work with and my stomach is nice and flat! I was worried what my belly button might look like because of pictures I had seen on other «before and after» pictures and I am so happy with my new belly button! I finally feel like I have the body I should have for a 31 year old.
Dr. Lowenstein truly is an artist and is great at what he does! I highly recommend Dr. Lowenstein and know you will not regret choosing him as your doctor!

One expects great skill in these types of surgeries. Everyone’s body is different and may react differently to a procedure. Bottom line: he is a gifted artist excelling beyond expectation. His skill exemplifies the marriage of art and surgery executed with finesse and skill.
The facility was relaxed and the SONOS speakers in all the rooms created a subliminal vibe I didn’t expect. Their team was discreet, professional and sometimes funny. Overall; this contributed to an experience that made everything easier and virtually eliminated any anxiety. It has been my experience that «word on the street» trumps all social media and I experienced why Adam’s reputation is regarded highly in the community. I actually recommend a tour of their place when you are selecting someone to perform any procedure, surgery etc. Ask around! My experience with Adam was positive on all levels. He is a darn good photographer too!

Never ever go to this surgeon. I had my breasts done, I was an A cup. I went to a B. My nipples ended up pointing down to the ground, like udders. I went back for another corrective surgery. And I had to pay more money for using the operating room, even though it was his error. Again the implants were incorrectly installed.
I went to another surgeon here in town months later. He was able to correct Dr. Lowenstein’s mistake. He commented on the jagged incision on my left breast among other things.
I thought I had done my homework, but evidently I did not. If I can help someone from becoming disfigured for the rest of their life than I can feel better about what happened to me.
