Thank you, Bob. As always, friendly, professional, courteous! Seems that I’ve become an «annual» customer. This time for Clear protection for my new vehicle. There wasn’t even a question in my mind who would do the job for me. Impeccable job, impeccable customer service!

I used b & s hacienda auto body as a claimant against an insurance company. They are very professional, timely, have excellent communication and of course the body work and paint was great. They even washed & vacuumed my car before I picked it up. I will use them again for sure if the need arises. Thanks guys my car looks like new!

My 2015 Subaru WRX STI Limited got hit while parked and suffered almost $ 15K in damage. A good friend of mine suggested I take it to B&S Hacienda in San Ramon and speak with Bob. Apparently Bob had handled the repairs to his car when it was damaged a while ago.
I live in San Francisco but wanted the car fixed like it was new and did not want to just let a shop I knew nothing about work on it. My friend is a car super freak and will not take his car some where that does not do the work to his high standards. So I had the car flat bedded to B&S where I met with Bob. I was immediately impressed with Bob’s professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail. He told me my car would leave their shop like it left the factory and after meeting with Bob, I did not doubt it.
Due to frame damage the car was in the shop for almost 2 months as they had to wait on parts and the insurance adjusters to come out to review and approve work for damage not readily apparent when the car was first inspected. Bob kept me informed every step of the way and even sent me pictures of the damage and progress as the car was repaired. I was completely impressed with Bob’s customer service. I was never not in the loop when it came to what was happening to my car.
While the car was at B&S Hacienda, I talked to Bob about doing a clear bra on the front end since the front was being repainted. Bob told me he could have that done while the car was at their shop. The clear bra is barely visible and now I know the front of my car remain looking like new for years to come.
I had also, unfortunately, curbed both of my right side wheels when I first got it. I mentioned that to Bob and he told me they could have both wheels refinished to look like new and now was a good time to do that since they were replacing a damaged wheel anyway. The wheels look like new. I hope I can keep them looking like that.
I picked the car up over a week ago and have since put several hundred miles on it. Bob was true to his word, the car is as good as, if not better, than when it left the factory. I took the time to write this Unilocal,I have never « Unilocaled» anyone before, because in today’s world, where everything happens so fast and customer service seems to be slipping from our grasp, it was an absolute pleasure working with Bob and B&S Hacienda. I hope my car does not need to go to a shop again for repairs, but if it does, I know exactly where it will go and whom I will deal with– Bob at B&S Hacienda in San Ramon where I know my car will be well taken care of. Thank you for taking care of my car like it was your own.

B & S Hacienda more than fulfilled my wildest expectations! Bob and his team were friendly and accommodating when I took my traumatized 2002 Land Cruiser for an estimate to repair miscellaneous damages. Bob gently gave me an number which seemed completely fair. Later when he called to describe an issue he discovered after the estimate, he was apologetic (unnecessarily). He told me of a few things and gave me options, rather than insisting on specific repairs.
The job was finished in record time! I was elated with the appearance of my vehicle. Not only were damaged nonexistent, the car looked shiny and new. Even the tired gleamed. Paint matched perfectly. Their attention to detail was terrific. Later, I discovered some minor cosmetic work we had not discussed. How unusually thoughtful was that! Thank you.

Amazing experience. Jennifer Miller was fast to help me and the scratches on my car were buffed out in less than 15 minutes. My car and its paint look brand new again. This is the place I’ll go next time I need auto body repair.

We had a great experience at B&S Hacienda Auto Body. We brought our new truck in to get running boards put on, decals taken off, and the emblems removed. The shop was very professional and did outstanding work. I would not hesitate to use this establishment again in the future.

ED is super! He’s one of the best at customer service and helping resolve what has been a nightmare issue for us.
Very long story short, the offending party insurance Allstate covered for the damage to our MDX. The original estimate was for a brand new door. They requested B&S to replace that with just a used door. Bob (probably on the other scale in customer service) changed the order and just sent a copy of the new estimate to my wife. No follow up call or nothing explaining that they have been instructed to not use a brand new factory door and probably to my wife’s fault and not knowing much about the invoice just ignored it.
Repair completed and all seems good. 4 weeks later we got a small door ding and noticed the paint started peeling off. The paint is a little lifted and it’s not adhering to the body.
Went back to Bob and he told us it’s the door ding and not the panel or paint. I argued with him that it should not peel like that. This was escalated to Ed and he explained that part of it could be the condition of the used door and part of it is curing. Why couldn’t Bob tell us that instead of just flat out telling us we are SOL. He gave us a real attitude also when we brought the car in a week after repair because there was some odd clanking noise which ended up being their fault of not tightening a piece.
We tried to reopen the claim with Allstate and rightly so, they denied it because someone whose name rhymes with bob told them yeah, he totally agree that it was caused by the dent and should not be covered.
Spoke to Ed in a civilized manner and he agreed to repair the ding and refinish the door again. I told him if the paint peels again, I will claim it through my own insurance and pay my deductible to get it right.
All in all, I really felt the need to express how even though the shop has an overwhelming positive review, it can be real mixed based on who you work with. Ed has my trust and I would have no problem going to this body shop as long as he’s still there as I know he will make sure customers are happy.

Had a great experience here, but what a surprise I even got to this place. Let me explain:
My fiancé and I met Harvey K. for lunch over 2.5 months ago at Favorite Indian. We were having a good time and saying our goodbyes. Upon walking up to my car, I see a note on the window. Ok, now what? Turns out a very honest nice lady named Cassandra left a note saying she hit my bumper. I was like GREAT… I just bought my car over a year ago! Anyways the note went on to say how sorry she was for scraping my bumper. She said to call her after a few days and she’d like to arrange for a payment to take care of the damage outside of insurance.
No joke. This actually happened. I looked up into the sky looking for the flying pigs and unicorns.
So I called a few days later and sure enough, I talked with her and she said she’d pay for the repairs.
So looking on Unilocal again, I found two body shops near my work and 1 that Cassandra recommended. I decided on B&S because they were very close to my work as well as they handled everything very professionally.
No before and after pics to share as the damaged paint was minimal, but just wanted to relate to you fellow Unilocalers that this body shop handled my repair with professionalism and the price was in line with other shops too.
And thanks to you, Cassandra. This makes up for all the door dings, torn mirrors, and stolen stereos back in LA!

Excellent work on my Merc 550 after someone hit rear bumper @ b&s Dublin. Bumper and right side exhaust pipe were replace and head rests front sits reset. Recommended by Mercedes of Pleasanton. Very happy with the insurance work

I wanted to get this dent out of my fender for a while now, purely cosmetic. I took my car in for an estimate somewhere else before this place just to find a possibility better deal. I then came here for an estimate, and was just in shock. The guy took some pictures on his camera of the damage and said I’m looking at around $ 2k-​$ 3k? He said that for a full repair I should replace the WHOLE BUMPER. I thought he was being ludacris and asked how much to just pop the dent out. He then gave me an estimate of $ 1k and up. He was then trying to insist that I needed to repaint the hood because it’s covered with rock chips. At this point I was just completely done with it and told the guy that I’ll think on it and it didn’t take long for me to decide what I should do.
The previous estimate I had from the other body shop was $ 200 and of coarse I went back over there and they did an amazing job. They even managed to paint and coat the large scratches that I don’t think the other guy’s $ 1000 entailed. If you’re not paying out of pocket, this might be the place to go. If you are however, there are WAY more affordable shops out there.

I’ve used B & S in Pleasanton for years with 100% satisfaction. Recently, my BMW was hit and needed repair. Because of convenience I had the repair work performed at their San Ramon location… with the same results as I’ve always experienced in Pleasanton. 100% satisfied; from each step of the process. They thoroughly engage the client in their progress towards completion.
Bob Hartmann was my advisor and couldn’t have been more professional. They operate with the highest level of integrity and timeliness.
I wouldn’t consider any other auto repair shop than a B & S location.

I emailed Bob regarding a scrape on my right back passenger door from a sideswipe on a pillar getting into a tight carport. I emailed him pictures of the damage and he quickly emailed me back with a rough estimate and told me to come in for a more accurate quote and estimate. Within the 15 minutes that I arrived to the shop, they buffed out almost 99% of the scrape and it barely looks like anything had even happened! Bob and his team at B&S Hacienda were very courteous and friendly. I will be recommending this place to friends and family for sure. Thanks again, Bob!

This is such a great business and Bob is a gem as are all the guys (and gals) who work here.
We were hitting the road in late July and I managed to back out of my garage hitting my passenger mirror and finally breaking it. I have had a few close calls with my mirror before but luckily as Bob put it– «I did no other collateral damage». I took the car to B&S to see how much and how long it would take for fixing the mirror and true to form, he was able to get my mirror taken care of quickly and below the price of my deductible.
I no longer own the car that I damaged in January and July and I hope to never ever damage my new car (or my husband’s again), but if I do– B&S here I come.

Excellent all around. I brought my car to have parts replaced and the work turned out amazing. Im a satisfied customer and would recommend this place to anyone. Bob emailed me multiple estimates based on the best pricing for my needs. When my car needed additional work he advised me of it before doing it. My car looks newer than it did before I brought it in. I brought my car in a little after 8am and it was ready before noon. Great customer service. This place rocks!

These guys are wonderful.
I was visting from Los Angeles, driving up on the 5 freeway. When I arrived into San Ramon, I heard a noise and sure enough a body part was falling off.
I looked up top rated body shop in San Ramon, CA., and B&S Hacienda was number 1.
Called at 5:40 pm and they said get here by 6 pm and we will take care of you.
I arrived at 5:55 pm, and they got to work, and quickly fixed the part on my wife’s 2010 Toyota Prius.
It took less than 15 mins and I was out of there with a handshake. I drove up to Davis Ca., Then San Fran, then back to LA and repairs perfect, better than new
I wish I this place was near me, I would use them for all my body work needs.
