I had a bad leak on Thursday night called around on Friday and Saturday no one was available. Finally called Advanced Plumbing at 4pm on Monday right off of work and he said Cesar was leaving his last job and has to pass through my city anyways. 45min later Boom knock on my door it was Cesar! Showed him the problem he fixed it right away. Very respectful guy. Explained what happened and how he needed to fix it. They will for sure be my go to plumbing company. Thanks again guys!

Bill responded to my Unilocal message within a couple of hours last night. We were able to connect the today and by chance he was able to send two workers out to remove a snake that broke off in the tub and snake out a large wad of baby wipes from the previous owners that had been in there for several years. They were very polite and explained everything very well. Worked quickly and left everything clean. I was so thankful they were able to come out on a Friday because we only have one bathroom! Highly recommend them!

Had a late night backed up kitchen sink! I researched local area plumbers and the Advanced Plumbing website said they offered ²⁴⁄₇ emergency service. I needed this taken care of quickly as my kitchen was a mess. I called early the next morning and the phone was answered right away – whew! The plumber arrived promptly and fixed it within a short amount of time and our family was back in business! Thank you!

Cesar was awesome. He was on time and very quick and reasonable. I would highly recommend them. They can be used for rooter service as well as plumbing. I used them for both and they are honest and knowledgable. They have several trucks in the Bay Area and are extremely flexible. In a pinch I would trust them fully. Thanks!

What great customer service. We called advanced when the valve on one of our showers wouldn’t shut off. Advanced was incredible responsive and came incredibly quickly. Caesar was quick and knew just what to do! Any plumbing work we need done going forward we go to these guys!

We had an issue with the wall of our house, above the water heater, getting hot when the water heater came on. I had originally called another company, who basically made fun of me asked me what to expect with a hot water pipe running through there. I decided to call Advanced Plumbing for a second opinion, and am really glad I did. Bill came out within a few hours of my call and patiently waited while we ran the water and confirmed the problem. He also confirmed that it was not normal and went beyond what would have been expected of him by researching the problem with some contractors. He suggested calling the city’s building department to have an inspection done to determine the extent of the potential safety hazard, and did not charge me anything for the visit. He was very nice and extremely professional — he will be the first person I call with any future plumbing issues!

It happened today! The dreaded, toilet clog and the plunger was not working! WTH?! Saturday morning and with a toddler potty training, this is not an ideal weekend, given we had plans and this threw us for a loop, we had to call someone ASAP, after a quick search on Unilocal,I cam across Advanced Plumbing and they picked up right away, spoke to a nice gentleman who asked what was wrong and I explained we had a clogged toilet and needed someone here ASAP! After a few texts he arranged for a plumber to come within the hour! Cesar was great, he came and fixed our toilet within the hour… it has to be removed which is more costly than just trying to clear out the pipe but whatever we needed to do, I was willing… all of our plumbing was out of order until this was fixed. It wasn’t inexpensive by any means, but really I wanted to get this fixed ASAP and figured better to just get someone quick and reliable on a weekend (last minute) than call around and not have working plumbing system! We will keep Advanced Plumbing on file for future use, hopefully won’t need to, but I highly recommend as they are very convenient, efficient and quick! :) Thanks again Advanced Plumbing & Rooter!

Had a clogged disposal and needed to get this taken care of as we had guests coming over that night. Called Bill, left a message. Called me back in just a few minutes and we were on our way to get this fixed. He confirmed my thoughts of replacing the disposal and recommended a great replacement. He went and grabbed a bite to eat while I went to Home Depot and bought the replacement. Called him on my way back and he was there in 10 minutes to do the job. Completed everything in less than an hour, was very tidy and clean with the whole job and I handed him a check for the amount he quoted — no hidden fees, no added costs. Professional and courteous as well. Highly recommended.

I had a house guest stay the weekend and she reported that the shower faucet was leaking. This was on a Saturday and of course most plumbing companies are closed.
Being that there’s a drought I had to save water ASAP so I immediately looked up plumbers on Unilocal that were open on Saturday.
I called Advanced Plumbing and spoke with Bill. He told me that someone would be out in my area within an hour. 10 minutes later he texts that there will be someone there within half hour.
Rene came by and ascertained that we needed a new component for the shower faucet. Everything was done within an hour and they take Visa which was convenient for me because it’s the one day that I didn’t have cash on hand.
Advanced Plumbing Service has great customer service and is a pleasure to deal with. Totally recommend!

I called this morning at 7am with a leak in my shower. Within 15 minutes got a call from Bill, who sent Rene out within the hour to fix it. Thirty minutes later we are done! Rene is everything that the other reviews say he is. Advanced Plumbing is lucky to have him, and I am lucky he was here. Thanks so much! Five stars!

My water heater failed to work so I emailed Advanced Plumbing. I received a quick response from the owner and scheduled the earliest available appointment for repair. Sergio arrived on time and replaced the broken part. He explained what the problem was, described the method of repair, and got it working again quickly. Our downstairs bathroom toilet and drains all backed up late one evening (9pm) so I decided to give Advanced Plumbing a call based upon Unilocal reviews and proximity to where I live in hopes of getting a return call early in the morning; however, Bill (the owner) took the call and not only did he schedule a person to come out first thing in the morning, but he also walked me through what to look for outside the house to determine what might be the issue.
Rene showed up bright and early the next day and within 30 mins had everything cleared up. The cost was reasonable as well given such short notice.
They will definitely be on my «go to» list in the future.

called a service for a cross threaded pipe. they came to check the pipe and quote $ 300 for cutting the faucet with a cross threaded pipe, which was more than the faucet. I decided not to use their service and was charged $ 50. he said $ 50 covers gas and estimate service, which took about 5 min.
would give one star for quick scheduling, but that is pretty much it. won’t recommend them. Ended up calling Plumbing care Inc.

I recommended Advanced Plumbing.
My lavatory sink and kitchen sink had clogs, whenever my nerighbor ran dishwasher/​laundry, etc, bubbles and dirty water came out from my sinks. I called a plumber and the guy told me they need to remove my toilet and charge for 4 or 5 hundred dollars. Then he said no need to remove the toilet but then need to go to third floor and clear out pipes from my neighor’s unit and will chareg $ 250. Otherwise it might floor my floor. It was after 9pm, and I didn’t want to bother my neighbor. So I called and text Bill, then next morning he sent Rene in. Rene explained the structure to me and said he will fix it within one hour without flooding my floor and carpet. He did it, pretty fast and efficient. He asked $ 175. I think it’s a reasonable price given the timing and quality of the job. They give me a 30-​day warantee and I trust their job.
Hopefully i don’t need another plumbing job done for the next several years. But if i need one, I will definitely use Bill and Rene again.

Simply put I had Benjamin Franklin Plumbing come out and attempt to resolve the issue. Their tech was very professional however his solution to the issue was $ 2,900.
I called advanced plumbing, discussed the issue and recommended solution with Bill. He clearly understood the problem and said they could have someone out immediately to fix it for $ 145.00. 25 minutes later Renee was at my door, performed his own diagnostics, and within 15 minutes had my problem resolved. Very professional, very clean, and left me very happy.
Bill could have easily put a quote in front of me for something less than the $ 2,900 I was staring at on a Saturday morning. However, he did not take advantage of me. Bill laid out the options and delivered on his knowledge based assessment of the situation.
I will certainly call Advanced Plumbing in the future and will be recommending them to friends and neighbors.

I am a returning customer. They always came to my house on time, and service was good. You can also send a email or text them with pictures to describe the problem. It is so convenient to customers.

Absolutely great. Sewage in the front yard is no fun. They called me back on a Sat 3 day weekend within 5 min of my call around 330pm. At 6pm it was fixed and unclogged. Who knew that roots wood spiderweb in the pipes like a Web and catch stuff and clog.

We had called them during the week for a leaking toilet downstairs and Rene couldn’t recreate the problem, but said it was most likely due to an old valve and the toilet should be replaced soon. Fine. The bill was a decent price.
Then, that Sunday while we were out of town, our dog sitter woke up to find our master bath toilet has some type of leak/​blockage that all happened under the ground, which lead to major water damage in our bathroom, bedroom, upstairs office, and best of all, our downstairs family room as it rained down in there.
We were happy and lucky that Rene was able to come out on Sunday to stop the problem and disconnect the toilet, so that we could turn the water for the house back on. And the cost was very reasonable.
This is all great. We talk about what the next steps are and he says we need a new toilet. Ok, fine. We need to figure out what our next steps are for water damage but we definitely want a new toilet and probably 2, since the downstairs one was failing.
He calls on Monday and says he picked up the two toilets and when can they come, oh and without even discussing what we want, picked up a Toto and the total to install is $ 750 a toilet!
Wait, what? #1, when you came on Wednesday before there was an emergency it was $ 685 a toilet and if we did two you’d give a discount. Ooops, so Rene talks to Bill and now it becomes the $ 685 is a REALLY good deal because Bill didn’t know how expensive the toilets are now since he isn’t out in the field… so they will honor the $ 685 but no discount unless we do three toilets and even then it would only be $ 20 bucks a toilet. What? You got caught up-​charging and now the $ 685 is the deal. And discount amnesia when you spoke to my husband the previous week?
So when I told him that we need to wait for insurance to come out and find what damage there is and we can’t do it today. He pulls this whole, well my guy drove out to get the toilets so now what? Now what? Take them back. I’m dealing with flooding damage. The last thing I need right now is a toilet when my bathroom is about to be ripped apart.
We feel badly that they went to get the toilets even though we never told them to get the toilets, so we had him come out and put in the downstairs one.
Thankfully we didn’t do the upstairs because there is major water damage and they have to tear out our tile and wall.
But when it’s time to put in that toilet. I’m not going to Advanced Plumbing. They told us the toilet alone cost over $ 500, so they were only charging $ 185 in labor.
I just found the toilet at multiple sources for well under $ 300. Exact toilet. Even if I get the model up, it’s still no more that $ 350. So we paid them over $ 350 for labor for one hours work.
I feel their plumbing services are good, but they definitely try to make a pretty profit on products.
Use them for plumbing needs, but buy your products on your own, and have them install.

I had a clogged kitchen and bathroom sink that we discovered the issue late at night.
I called and left a voicemail for Bill. He called me at a little after 6am. He decided to move me up so I could be first to receive service. I told him I needed to get to work so he accommodated. That type of customer service is really priceless. His guy came out 1.5 hours later and fixed it in 40 minutes or less. I will be using Advanced Plumbing for future services.
