Elizabeth has a passion for helping others and living a joy filled, healthy lifestyle. A native of the Bay Area, Elizabeth has been in Marin for over 10 years. She intends to promote comfort and relaxation in her community with the mindful presence of Wellnest Studio.

Elizabeth has 15 years experience supporting families as a Nanny and recently earned her Perinatal Massage certification through Body Therapy Education with Carole Osborne. A certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and certified Massage Practitioner (CMP) with CAMTC, Elizabeth has over 3 years experience with Swedish relaxation massage.

Basic Massage Training received at Alive and Well School of Conscious Bodywork located in Marin County, California and Harbin School of Healing Arts in Middletown, California.

I got an hour massage with Elizabeth and just fell away into this relaxing blissful state. Her space is beautiful and inviting. She made sure to check in with me asking if the pressure and temperature were okay for me. I can feel she truly cares about providing a relaxing environment for her clients! My sinuses opened up towards the end of the massage, which was a great bonus. Next time I see her I’ll be sure to add half an hour because 60 minuets of bliss was just not enough! I highly recommend her services and I am looking forward to seeing her again!

I hired Elizabeth do to chair massages for the parents at my 2 year old’s birthday party. She was on time, professional, warm and inviting. Everyone who was massaged by her was extremely happy. It was a wonderful bonus that she does prenatal massage. My pregnant guests were thrilled. I would recommend Elizabeth for any event you may have or a private massage. She is wonderful.

I have visited Wellnest twice (so far) for a massage. The first visit was during a terrible head cold. The massage relaxed my mind, improved circulation, and most important relieved my congested sinuses. The second visit was a follow up to the first and an attempt to relieve the tension in my back (desk job!). Both experiences where very enjoyable and much needed. The pressure was spot on and massages thorough. A real effort was put forth to make sure I was comfortable physically and relaxed mentally which really made the experience so much more beneficial. The first massage was 90mins and the second was 60 mins. I recommend the former if you can spare the extra time. I will be returning soon I hope.

It was a terrific massage — she asked exactly what was going on with me and totally catered to my needs. She checked in about pressure often, as well as neck placement. She even took the time to debrief me afterwards on what she did and taught me a little about my body. Would certainly recommend.
The studio in San Rafael was very cozy and welcoming.

Elizabeth is absolutely amazing! She has a great personality and genuinely cares about your well being. She is good at listening to your needs and customizes the massage to what would work best for you. I have a really bad back injury from over 10 years ago and I am currently pregnant. I get a massage from her every few weeks and it helps so much! I dont know what i would do with out her! I highly recommend her to my friends and family. She is just the BEST! I am going to continue getting massages from her even after pregnancy. Book your apt! You will be happy you did! :)

Elizabeth has given me two massages during my second pregnancy. She is very sweet with both me and my 2-​year-​old son. She asked and listened carefully to find out what my needs were and she identified points of tension that I didn’t even know I had, but were clearly there once she pointed them out. I was impressed with her follow-​up the second time, checking in on all the issues we had discussed the first time. I left the massage feeling thoroughly relaxed and taken care of, and parents need to once in a while be the one who gets taken care of!

I have been seeing Elizabeth Davidman at Wellnest Studios on a regular (weekly) basis since October, 2014 after a rear end accident left me with whiplash and pain and discomfort in my neck, shoulders, and back. Elizabeth combines excellent technique with uncanny intuition to get to the core of your issues. Elizabeth is dedicated to improving your well being. She focuses on whatever you need when you see her. The ambiance is very important to her as well, so she has soothing music and aromatherapy to enhance the massage experience. Convenience! OK, the studio is very close to my house, but she also makes booking an appointment easy and is quite flexible with fitting you in. If you need a great affordable massage to work on pain or discomfort, or you just want to feel a whole lot better, Elizabeth is for you! I walk out of her massage feeling great every time!

Elizabeth is amazing! She gave me a wonderful massage after I had my son. She was very intuitive and knew just where I needed the work done. It was very easy to communicate my needs to her to maximize the experience. I don’t often feel substantially better after one session but I did with her. Elizabeth does such a great job of reading my body every session and giving me exactly what I need. Her techniques are so wonderful and unlike other massages I have experienced. She also creates a serene, calm but not stiff environment and makes sure every sense is satisfied by using subtle scents, lights and temperature. An oasis in my life!
