I love complete cleaning I have 3 kids and you can imagine how my carpet would look with 3 toddlers I just call them make an appointment they come I trust them and when I walk in my apartment it is just spotless clean it it looks good and it smells so clean and fresh in here I highly recommend them to anybody that wants an awesome job !

Just wanted to give everyone an update, my son is now 1 and we started using Jeovanny and his crew again! Same great service, same respectful demeanor — our house is *still* messy with 3 active kids, and the crew that comes in to clean is quick and has worked around our kids at home and is thoughtful and mindful of our things and our space. Will keep using them as long as our budget will allow! ^_^

My wife and I recently had to move out of our 2 bedroom apartment in San Mateo. The owners of our old place are the nastiest kind, the type that will look for any reason to dock your deposit. Because we have kids, time was of the essence and we needed something done fasr and thoroughly. I found Complete Cleaning on Unilocal and Geovanny offered me a very competitive rate for a move-​our clean and carpet wash.
On the day of, he and his team were there on time and cleaned the place so thoroughly that it looked absolutely brand new. We got our deposit back and I can’t thank Geovanny enough for his help in making our move less stressful.

We have used Jeovanny and his team’s services regularly this year for home cleaning. They are very professional, sincere and do an amazing job. Their prices are reasonable, they come on time and if they, by any chance, are going to be delayed, then Jeovanny always calls ahead of time to notify. Even though not a part of their usual service, upon my request, once they even helped me arrange my store room because I was physically unable to do so. I would highly recommend their services!

Update 10÷28÷15. I left two messages and have never received a call back. I’m very disappointed since this was the very best cleaning of one of my rentals I’ve had.

I had my carpets cleaned yesterday by Jeovanny and his crew and they did a great job, fast and a great price! Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because getting in touch with Jeovanny or anyone is a NIGHTMARE! I called originally got his number from a friend and I texted him since they said he texts, no response, I call him no response. So I go on Unilocal to find a carpet cleaner and complete cleaning pops up, I call and Jeovanny answers but I didn’t know until he asked me to text him my address that this was the same guy I contacted a couple weeks ago. After getting the date squared away he texts me 2 days later to double check what date he gave me, I told him and no reply so I texted him day before and called and only in the evening did he get back to me and tell me that yes he has me down and everything. So communication is tough but him and his crew do a great job and fast! Will most likely be using him again for carpet cleaning.

We hired complete cleaning for a move out cleaning job and they did a fabulous job… Giovanni was easy going, responsive, and honest… He and his crew worked really hard and literally made the place spotless… They even got rid of stains that I didn’t think was possible… The price was competitive and we paid exactly what we were quoted… Highly recommend!

This 2 star review isn’t necessarily for their ability to do a good cleaning. My issue is that I had to call a few times before I was able to set up an appointment (first time it went to voicemail there was no room to leave a message; second time I left a message without a return phone call in at least a week; called again and finally got someone on the phone). After the cleaning was done, I called a few days later in hopes to set up something on a more regular basis, I left TWO message and up until today, no return call; by the way, its been 2 months. That is not acceptable. Even if they do a stellar cleaning job (which they don’t — I found a few spots they missed), I wouldn’t go with them for something more routine.

How can this company have 5 Star rating? Call multiple times on different days, left many messages asking to return phone calls. At least have the courtesy to return my calls. I’m done with them.

I needed my entire two story home in San Carlos cleaned after an extensive 5 month whole house remodel. Sheetrock dust an inch thick… filthy windows, every nook and crevice filled with leftover construction dirt and dust. Couldn’t be helped! Construction is construction. We were living in a hotel until we could move in and all of our furniture was on the back deck waiting for the remodel to be complete.
I was desperate for a good cleaning service so of course I searched on Unilocal and discovered Giovanni. The reviews were so great how could I resist? At first he told me that because it was the end of the month (April) and that was the busiest time for them due to apartment move outs… he would only have a half day on Friday for me. Now, mind you, he came within four days of my phone call to do the work. !!!
I told him that I did not think it was possible to do all that work in a half day… and then he did the impossible. He agreed to have himself and his crew work on Saturday all day! Can you believe? I was so ecstatic…
Giovanni himself showed up all smiles and professional with a crew that never quit until the whole house top to bottom sparkled. Windows inside and out floors every single space was clean to perfection. The price was very competitive and reasonable… I cannot tell you how wonderful it is to find a competent and honest and friendly business these days with all of the greedy and incompetent «businesses» out there. I cannot recommend this company enough. I will certainly use them in the future for a once a year cleaning.

Solid cleaning company, used them for a MOVE OUT cleaning. They cleaned everything and professionally cleaned the carpets. — great one stop shop. Jeovanny does a great job running his company and crew, and provides excellent communication and was on time.

I read all the great reviews for Complete Cleaning and decided to give them a try. And I have to say, I’m glad I did. They cleaned everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, and beyond – they put things away, and neatened up my place too. I definitely recommend this company.

I called Jeovanny based on what I had read here on Unilocal.Who gets 100% on all of their reviews? I was not disappointed either. Sometimes expectations can raise the bar higher than is reachable. Not in this case! I called Jeovanny the day before when I realized I needed more help for a house I was selling. He was able to make it and did a fabulous job. He worked his magic in the short time I gave him. I am so impressed. He and his staff are so professional, great at what they do. Every room he touched was gorgeous. He has lots of tools and tricks to cleaning the entire room from top to bottom. Very impressive. I will use him again and recommend him as much as I can. What a find!
