We are VERY happy with the results of using «Commercial Steam Cleaning Co» to steam clean our vinyl siding on our 2-​unit condo building in Bayview Heights two weeks ago! (BTW, I’ve learned steam cleaning is much better than pressure washing.)
Rob and his co-​worker did a VERY thorough job cleaning the black mildew, green algae and mold spores on the siding AND the wood railings in the back of our building. It hadn’t been done in many years, and was way overdue. He also went over and above by steaming the cement patio flooring in the back, and a few other places that weren’t in the contract… just to make the entire place «squeaky» clean.
The owner, Rob, is very professional, friendly, and has integrity (does what he says he will do), and was here on the job — on-​time — from 10 am until 4 pm.
Of course his pricing is a «professional’s price», with professional equipment, and reasonable for what you will get, so don’t try to negotiate on that. You will get your money’s worth for sure.
We HIGHLY recommend Rob for your steam cleaning job. Give him a call today for an estimate. You won’t be disappointed.

We decided to put our house on the market. It had a 14+ year old paint job that looked tired and had dirt and mold in certain areas. Rob, the owner, came out to give us a bid and handled the job himself with his co-​worker, Hercules. The outcome was night and day! We thought we might have to repaint the entire house, but after Rob got through with powerwashing the house, walk and driveway, etc. it looked so good that we do not have to paint it. In the long run, we saved a lot of money and got a great result. I would highly recommend this company. Rob was very easy to deal with, reliable, honest and delivered! THANKS FOR A GREAT JOB!

Rob and his colleague did an exceptional job with our house, patio, front porch, and sidewalk/​walkway in front of the house. The 10+ year old wood patio looks like it is brand spanking new. Rob is very polite, very professional, does exactly what he says he will do, and doesn’t waste his time or your time on the job. I cannot say enough good things about Rob and Commercial Steam.

I can’t believe it wasn’t already on Unilocal,and rated.
I called a handyman and expressed an interest in having my house ‘freshened up’. It’s got vinyl siding, and over the years, a layer of grime, algae, and whatever else had built up.
I didn’t even think about the patio or (green) concrete stairs /​landing outside.
So, here’s what happened. Robert the owner came over for the initial consultation. He’s one of the most polite, nicest guys I’ve met. Not that I felt I needed a lot of convincing, but he showed me some amazing before /​after pictures, and offerered to throw in the whole patio — it’s about 40′ x 8′, along with the concrete around the foundation and stairs free of charge. At first I just thought «that’s nice, but whatever, I just care about having the house look good again».
Robert and a gentleman, he brought along to help out, arrived first thing in the morning, and worked constantly until almost 3pm. They were up on ladders reaching all parts of the front and back of the house.
I was amazed at the job they did. The house, especially the white trim that used to be a dingy greenish black, looked sparkling white, but what was most amazing is the difference with the patio and concrete. I had no idea it could ever look that good. It all looked completely brand new. What’s funny is that it seemed like an optical illusion, because everything looked larger. The green moss and algae along all the edges made the patio look a couple feet narrower, over time.
Thanks Robert for the hard work. My house looks better than it did the day I moved in over 8 years ago!
