I was quite disappointed walking into the store today, my son and I was trying to change his pre paid phone for another one, the girl over the counter told me that in order for me to get the phone I was to purchase a plan, then I asked for the manager and he was on the phone for almost an hour repeating over and over and I can tell he was trying to avoid speaking to me well AT&T you hired some uneducated managers… thank you you just lost a customer… bad service

This is an AT&T authorized dealer. When I walked in the store, no one was available to help but a young lady with a big attitude came out. She was utterly rude and unhelpful. I would simply not shop there due to Yosalin’s poor customer service.

Land of Stupid! The only female employee in the store had a hard time answering any questions I had about replacing a protective covering I had on my phone. She was too busy looking helpless for the 4 male employees trying to look at her boobs and not so perfect smile.

If I could leave a zero review I would. Had the most frustrating experience here ever. Wasted 20min with a sales agent trying to buy an iPhone 6 Plus. Nick just kept pushing numbers and information on me, numbers and information that were simply NOT TRUE (I’ve since confirmed I’m not crazy at another location).
Most horrible communication and customer service skills I’ve seen in my life. He misinformed me on a number of items, including the fact that signing up for a 10GB is MANDATORY when getting an iPhone. This is simply not true. Finally walked out of the store without buying anything (thank god, because what Nick was advising me to do would have been more expensive than what I wanted to do, and finally did end up doing, successfully, at another location.
