Pearly Whites is a coaching firm that specializes in the training of the business team. With more than 20 years experience managing dental practices, PWC has developed ideas and policies that take a course of action to benefit many practices.

Pearly Whites has been transforming practices for more than 20 years. PWC adapts to the individual requirements of each practice in a joint alliance towards a common goal. Mariann F.

Business Owner

Mariann began her dental career after receiving her CDA license from Colorado College in Denver in 1990. Mariann continued her education at Front Range Community College where she received her certificate in Expanded Functions Dental Assisting and her RDA license. After working as a chairside assistant and Office Manager in various dental practices, Mariann decided to establish a coaching firm that allows her to focus on business office management, training and organization.

She has attended several seminars hosted by local and nationally know business leaders and consultants. She continues to attend continuing education courses to enhance practices.

Mariann has transformed practices in Anchorage, Denver, Boulder, Pueblo, Los Angels and San Diego. Emphasizing patient retention, treatment presentation, receivables and networking are key areas of focus that Mariann brings to her training.
