I had a successful twenty year career in Marketing and Sales working for high tech startups, Fortune 500 companies and consulting firms, the last ten years specializing in direct marketing and customer service. At that point, I decided to work for myself, so my wife and I opened up AlphaGraphics San Marcos in 2003.

Knowing that Roger and I were set to attend the same event last weekend, I was hoping I might be able to catch him to alert him about a hot project I learned about Saturday afternoon. Sure enough, we ran into each other and I let him know about the project, asking if a 2-​hour turnaround time on a Monday morning was possible. He said it was absolutely possible, and as a result, he was able to meet our project deadline on time… which was a huge help!

I could have not been more satisfied with their customer service and quality printing! Gary and Crystal were WONDERFUL! My company needed some brochures printed, and so I looked on Unilocal and Google for some services. I decided to go with this business because of their fast correspondence, quality printing, and competitive prices.
Gary and Crystal were so helpful and made suggestions on my design. They helped me selected the type of paper and guided me through the whole process. With their professional recommendation, the brochures came out so much better than I had imagined!

I work at an office nearby and we’ve placed a couple of orders with Alphagraphics for customized pens. Since our initial inquiry, the local Alphagraphics team has been very professional and a pleasure to work with. Gary and Shirley are both great. They respond promptly to questions (even if you have a million of them) and are always very nice. Not only are the prices competitive, but they were able to whip out an order of pens within a short amount of time which allowed us to take advantage a short notice marketing opportunity! That was great.
I think I can speak for our whole office when I say that we are greatly appreciative of the quality and speed of services at this Alphagraphics location. We are hoping to expand on the variety products we order through them. Quotes are in, now we just have to make a decision! :P
