Two Cooks Catering provides corporate catering, boxed meal drop offs (breakfast, lunch & dinner), Dessert Catering, Santa Maria Style & Wine Country BBQ, Private Parties, and Weddings.

We cater events from 2 – 100 guests. Please contact us for a quote. We no longer offer full staffing for weddings, but are happy to refer you to local staffing & bartending companies in San Luis Obispo.

History

Established in 2006.

While working at NOVO Restaurant Chef Russ realized he wanted to share his love of cooking fine foods with others, and decided to take on the challenge of owning his own business. He and his wife Heather saw this as an opportunity to bring their combined experiences of working in highly regarded restaurants across the country to their new home on the Central Coast all the while bringing the Central Coast to a higher standard of culinary creativity. Russell’s role of executive chef has him overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and event management, and Heather runs the company’s business side in addition to being the primary client contact.

Business Owner

Heather manages the daily operations and is the primary client contact for Two Cooks. She also manages all promotion, marketing and advertising, and has even been known to jump into the kitchen when needed. She has a bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing from the University of Redlands and a post-​graduate degree in marketing from FIDM in Los Angeles. When not running the company she spends her free time writing and testing out new recipes for her food blog.
