History

Established in 2007.

Chef Jeff Wiesinger moved to Paso Robles in 2007 to start Jeffrys Catering. For the first few years, he ran the business part time, while working on other projects on the Central Coast and in Colorado. He was the General Manager of Vinoteca Wine Bar in Paso Robles from 2009, until it was sold in 2011. In 2011 he began focusing exclusively on his Personal Chef & Catering Business.

Business Owner

Chef Jeff Wiesinger first discovered the amazing wines and food pairing possibilities of the Central Coast during the many trips he would take to visit his father, who moved to Paso Robles in 2004. After three years of visiting the area and experiencing the wine festivals, wonderful people and beautiful surroundings; he moved to Paso Robles in May 2007 from Mammoth Lakes, CA, where he had worked as Executive Chef for the Mammoth Mountain Inn and the prestigious San Francisco based, Restaurant LuLu. His dream was to start a Personal Chef & Catering Business in wine country where he could be closer to his family and pursue his passion for food & wine pairing. Living on the the Central Coast, he could have access to the finest produce and farm fresh ingredients, pair his food with great local wines and surround himself with other people who are passionate about wine and the wine country lifestyle.
