I broke my silhouette frame. I had one temple and thus crooked glasses which fell off easily. I was at a loss, and checking online, they were my first call. Bingo! Caren helped me find a new frame which was expedited to arrive in 3 days. Meanwhile, I still had no working frame! They checked their parts… but no luck. So, going out of her way she called another local place and spoke to someone she knew. He found a part which would work. Saved by both glasses stores, I could drive safely. Fast forward to Monday… my frames arrived, fit perfectly, and the frames I couldn’t find… I now had. Thank you for the excellent customer service, and for helping me with such great spirit. The store and staff are top-​notch!

Came in for a repair, screw fell off.
They fixed them in less than 10 minutes and I didn’t have to pay for it!

This is the only place my wife and I will go for glasses and sunglasses anymore. They’re also locally owned which I consider a plus.
Their frames are high quality and the prices are competitive, keeping in mind that they are not a cheap Costco-​type shop. Their billing doesn’t bother us because we don’t expect to get extras for free. Like buying a new car, if you want special upgrades from the base model you will have to pay for them. Ask for lens pricing up front and they will explain it to you.
The customer service is top notch. The owners and employees are very nice and knowledgeable. They always for hard to get your glasses to you quickly. I highly recommend Debonair Eyes!

The only place I’ll go for glasses. They have the best selection of frames in town and they can cut lenses in the store so you get your glasses really quick most of the time.

RJ is amazing! I have been their customer for about 4 years now. I live in Los Angeles and RJ takes care of all my family’s glasses, specially my husband’s who is an electrician and has needed RX safety glasses, sun glasses etc! RJ ships them out right away. I bought a pair of glasses last year from Debonair and have received wonderful service from them. Initially when I got my glasses no one told me that I would experience a lot of glare. I was unhappy with receiving no warning about it, but they quickly resolved the issue. My frames are sturdy and very comfortable. Every 6 months or so I stop by and they will reshape them so they don’t slide down my nose. They also do a fantastic job cleaning them. The staff is very kind and they often have a sale section where you can find really cute frames. I would definitely return!

Best in the business. I took a pair of old Armani’s from the 80’s-90’s here that had been broken and repaired badly in the past. When I found them, the frame around the right lens had been busted apart and the wrong size screw had been jammed into that side from the wrong direction. The screw had completely stripped the threading and the screw head was mashed to pieces. I took them to another place before Debonair and they thought a drill would be needed to get the damn thing out. Debonair knew what they were doing though. They were able to get the screw out, fix the frame with a fresh screw and a nut (since the threads were stripped), and heat the plastic rimmed lens which had shrunk over time so that the lens would fit back in the frame. That and they cleaned them and fitted them for me. I couldn’t be happier. These things are sweet :) Thank you!

Truly friendly and wonderful staff here. Great selection of glasses. Have been wearing glasses my entire life and this is one of the best experiences I’ve had in a store like this. Zero complaints with their billing system. An excellent experience overall.

I have been going to see RJ and Debra for over 8 years. This family owned business has excellent customer service, a wide selection of designer frames including my favorite eyewear collection by Tom Ford. They offer Crizal Avance lenses with Scotchguard which I have in all my frames which also eliminates glare and makes your lenses almost invisible. Great place, I got lucky when I decided to just «peek in and see what they have.» Turns out they carried the brand I was looking at and could also order the model I wanted for a lot less than Sunglass Hut downtown.
Same thing for $ 100 less? can’t really beat that.

I’m blind as a bat, and have had to wear glasses since I was eight years old. I call myself a «Professional Glasses Wearer,» because I never sit on my glasses, or melt them with the iron. I am not a good candidate for contact lenses or Lasik surgery, so since I have to resign myself to wearing glasses, I decided to try to find the best looking ones available.
I found Debonair Eyes after a bad experience with some transition lenses that would only turn a foggy grey, and wouldn’t work as sunglasses. I left my former optometrist, and found this more professional store.
I found a trendy pair or red La Fonda lenses at Debonair Eyes, and then some great classic Gucci sunglass lenses. I have since purchased Jackie O style sunshades, and leopard La Fonda glasses. My new favorite is a line called «Caviar» designed in Japan with Art Nouveau butterflies holding the clear lenses. Light and delicate, they started out as my «date» glasses, and have become my basics. I currently have some Caviar sunglasses, with multi colored rhinestone frames, that I call my «Somewhere Over the Rainbow» glasses.
I now regard my glasses as a fashion accessory like jewelry, and appreciate the style they can add to an outfit.
The staff at Debonair Eyes is one of the other luxuries of shopping there. Patient and friendly, they are always willing to explain the billing, which somehow always winds up with a superior frame and lens for the price of a more mundane pair of glasses from elsewhere. They are also kind about adjustments, and will retighten and realign frames for you. This is a store for great frames and superior service!

Repairing glasses can be annoying, especially since eyeglasses normally cost quite a lot, with or without insurance. Sure, you can do small repairs here and there on your own (i.e. tighten loose screws with a simple repair kit), but there are times when the screws are so damaged that it becomes impossible to fix.
That was my situation when I first visited this store. I have taken my glasses everywhere else to replace a damaged screw on the frame, and each of them said that they could only tighten it but not remove it completely without breaking it. But this place actually has a person who is quite skilled in repairing glasses. Not only was he able to remove the damaged screw, he replaced it with a new one! He took a risk, and it all worked out in the end.
While waiting for my glasses to be repaired, my family and I looked to see what frames they carried. It turns out that the selection is quite nice (Oakley and Silhouette to name a few). However, beware of their billing system. The cost you see on the frame is what you get. Of course, you may be able to negotiate the price down, but that does not include the lens (and any extras you want to add on such as anti-​glare, Transitions coating, polarized, etc.). The end total could lead to sticker shock, so do your own research on the costs on getting a new pair of glasses with all the features before going there.

Not a bad place. I went there for both prescription sunglasses and normal glasses. They have quite a good selection. And they have quite a wide selection of frames.
The one criticism I have is their crazy billing system. Especially when you do a prescription sunglass. All sorts of special charges, add this, subtract that. It’s been that way all the times I have bought something there.
Not sure how their prices compare — suggest you investigate to be a good shopper.
