Action Rooter

Didn’t get a service from them, but was unfortunate enough to be a neighbor of someone who did.
I understand that to work on sewer lines, you have to dig up the road and block off street parking to do their job, but these workers were so rude about it and acted as if they OWNED the street. They blocked off a huge portion of the street (both sides) for five days and on the 6^th day, since their signs didn’t state the «no parking» still applied, we parked our cars on the street in front of our house. APPARENTLY, Action Rooter was BEHIND on their work and still needed the street, but didn’t update their sign and instead proceeded to BANG on our door as if we had done something wrong and shouted at us from outside to move our car.
If they KNEW that they needed the street an extra day, all they needed to do was update their sign. Since they didn’t, we parked on our street because THEIR signs deemed it alright. Despite their mistake, they had the nerve to obnoxiously bang on our door and demand we move our car. RUDE RUDE RUDE!
