I am a 35 Year Professional Photographer, with expertise in a wide range of Photographic styles. I am a creative, fun, energetic Director as well as a technical expert. On location Photography is my specialty, as my clients can attest.

Timothy S.

Business Owner

Timothy Shonnard has developed his love of photography and performance into a successful career of more than 30 years. Timothy began shooting professionally straight out of college in Phoenix. He worked as a photojournalist for music publications and a promotional photographer for major record labels. Timothy’s East Coast verve, swift talent and knack for entertaining even the entertainers gained him access to top ’70’s stars including Heart, Frank Zappa, Styx, Ted Nugent, and Lynyrd Skynyrd.

Timothy built up a successful studio business during the ’80’s. He began to master the art and craft of commercial photography, refining his hallmark skill: talent direction. He gained a reputation for inspiring the best in his subjects. Timothy was soon also teaching aspiring models on invitation at exclusive talent agencies.

In 1989, Timothy moved to San Francisco where he became Director of Photography for a large national catalog house and where he still lives today with his wife & sons.
