I really Like Leanne who has done my eye lashes for the past few months. Unfortunately when I called to make an appointment today, they gave me the option of only, one time an hour from when I called. I have to get childcare, this didn’t work for me. When I asked about later in the day, tomorrow or later this week. The lady answering the phone, said 11am today was my only option. I will no longer be going here to get my lashes done. Which is an extra easy $ 70 every two weeks for this business. Oh well, on to another business, that I know will give me more then one time slot as an option.

I have been coming here for about two years now and always receive the same great service from Nancy. She is very good at what she does and I love that she is not rough at all on my nails like other shops tend to be. The shop is very clean and the staff is nice. Prices are fair and that will keep me coming back!

This place is very clean and well put together. I went there today for my first time and Esther did a full set on my nails. I highly recommend her! She took her time and the outcome was great!

I went today to get a simple mani/​pedi. I have been here before & they’ve always done a good job, so I was excited to go. Today was the complete opposite. The woman I had was rushing everything & she was trying to add on «special» after «special». They had a reception is yelling about missing money, which was extremely unprofessional. This went on the entire 25mins I was drying my nails. On top of it, may nails didn’t even make it 24hrs, they’re already ruined.

I’ve been coming here for a few months now and though I love their service, their nails are NOT worth the money. Every time I go I either have a nail lift that day or the next. This time around, sandy, did them and I have already had 4 nails lift. Not break, lift. Mind you I went Sat and it is now Monday… Spent $ 50 on my nails and sat night my thumb lifted! I’m sad to say I won’t be waisting my money here again.

I love, love, love this nail shop! Kelly is my girl and has been for 3 years. She takes good care of me and when I bring in a picture of a design she does over and beyond to make it exact or even better. Some of the other girls are really great too. The waxing here is great. I can’t wait to get my nails done this weekend!

Got my nails done before Christmas by Trang, gel shellac on my real nails. She did an amazing job on the design and the coffin shape. Absolutely recommend her!

I just returned from Perfect Nails and am extremely happy with the service and professionalism I received there. My nails are beautiful. Kelly is a wonderful manicurist who took her time to make sure she got my nails perfect, which she did! She suggested a color for me and was right on! Just what I described (pink, light and a gel). She was very sweet and friendly, and made sure I was happy with her work, which of course I am! I would definitely recommend this salon as the manicurists do a great job there. I have finally found a permanent salon I will be using in the future!

Not only do they have my favorite nail polish in the world! They have the best customer Service ! Henry is awesome! I loved the way he assisted me and how he did my nails. I can honestly say perfect nails does the best nails!

I’ve been getting my nails done by Kim for over 20 years. She’s the best. She does beautiful intricate designs and if I bring in a picture, she has never failed to reproduce it amazingly! The salon, itself is beautiful. The staff are friendly and helpful. I’ve never had a problem and Kim is always accommodating to my needs. I wouldn’t go to any other salon to get my nails done. Kim is always friendly and always greets me with her winning smile. We have casual conversation while she is doing my nails. When ever she has new nail polish colors, she lets me know. I’m usually one of the first to try out her new designs and I love them!

I will say you pay 2 or 3 times more for no reason BC the customer service sucks. They «upgraded» my service for their convenience. They’ve done this multiple times from pedis to acrylic and bump the prices at the quickest opportunity. $ 10 for polish color so no it’s not included in the service, never even heard of that even in spas and independent renters who do all the works. I always ask what the prices will be BC they are not consistent and I don’t ask for design. Rip off. I’ve had better service w reasonable prices so don’t be fooled by how lovely the place looks and how well stocked they are w polish. Every time you ask for something they won’t do it without bargaining for an extra $ 5-​$ 10 to fix their own work

I’ve been here several times, but the last three times were not so great and then the very last time that I went was the worst manicure experience that I have ever had in my life. I decided to give them one last try because this place is convenient and they used to do a great job over a year ago. Well this was last week and my right ring finger has been red/​swollen and hurting ever since. The manicurist was rushing and went too deep on my cuticles. She did this way too fast with a sharp cuticle nipper and gave me a painful manicure.
Manicures should never be painful! I will never go here again. My biggest complaint is that they rush through you. The last three bad experiences I had with them were with three different ladies and each time, they were way too vigorous and rushed through me to get to the next person. I understand that they’re just trying to get to the next person and make money, but quality is what is important and this place lacks good quality customer service. My finger still hurts as I am typing this. I probably have an infection. I hope this business changes the way that they treat their customers, like slow down and take your time with each client. It will make for a better result for both parties. This place is not worth the experience for the price. You can get way better service at other places for less.

If this wasn’t so close to my house, I’d most likely not go here. As nice as it looks inside, you’d expect it to be a lot better than it actually is. Not to say it’s awful, but just that I expected more.
I’m unimpressed with the customer service here. The receptionists, the manicurists, and all the other workers don’t seem to be as friendly as I’m used to at salons. It kinda feels just like hi, sign in, service, pay, bye. I know that’s not exactly a great description, but sometimes it just feels like they’re trying to get you out of there once you’re in. I’ve only had one exception and it was a young woman who did my eyebrows. I think her name was Natalie? Not sure. But she was awesome. She really took her time with her work, made me feel welcomed and comfortable, and even kept conversation the whole time.
I usually come to get my eyebrows done ($ 12) but I’ve also come here to get my acrylics taken off once. For that, I recommend to go somewhere else. She totally messed up my nails when she took my acrylics off and it was painful. She was heavy on the filing which made my nails all bumpy and ugly.
Overall, it might be a good idea to check out other places for any salon services you need.

I would give no stars if I could. I’ve been here on and off for a couple of years, solely because it’s close to home and I’m a busy mom. I didn’t want to put the effort into researching other nail shops, but will gladly do that research at this point! The last time I went in, it was 5pm and I went for a mani/​pedi. The my girl’s name was Sarah and she was incredibly rough. I have a high tolerance for pain, and she was going IN on my cuticles. I had a 7:30 lash extension appointment with the only girl that does them (other than the owner). She was super cool, spoke English with me and the conversation was great.
They close at 8:30pm, and the receptionist chick came in the room at 8pm while I was getting my lashes done asking in Vietnamese if I could pay so she could close the registers. Uhm, there were still girls getting their nails done AND my service wasn’t done. The girl who was doing my lashes told her to wait until I was done.
So it’s 8:25, and I’m going to the register to pay. There are a few girls still getting their nails done as well. The receptionist looks at me and says the registers are closed and to please walk to the ATM to get cash. I was understandably LIVID. I’ve been at this place for 3.5 hours at this point and got multiple services done. REALLY?!
I refused to walk to an ATM and told her how unhappy I was with this type of service. The girl who did my lashes says, «let me talk to my boss and see what she says.» So she goes to the owner, who is doing lashes at the time, and comes back to me. «Oh, sorry, but they closed the register. And lashes are CASH ONLY.»
Oh really?! No one told me this when I booked he service and I’m STILL not happy about it. So I tell them again, «Guys, this is POOR service and I not consider coming here again because of it.»
At this point, a male nail tech (I’m assuming he’s the owners son), hears my frustration. He’s a super cool guy and apologizes for what’s happening and tells the receptionist to run my card.
Because he’s the only person who seems to care about customer service here, I politely tell him,“Look, I get it. But you need to tell the owners they MUST do better.“
I shook his hand for helping me and I went home after nearly 4 HOURS at this shop.
Needless to say; I will not be back and have found a better nail shop.

thought I would try this place again & bring my girls with me for a nice relaxing time… they enjoyed themselves & their mani & pedi came out nice but I got the short end of the stick. like, shorter than toothpick short. let me explain.
my pedi was lowkey a disaster. my friend & I opted for the green tea deluxe pedi, but all our ladies did was open up some packets of scented lotion & scrub which they already use in the first place. lol.
so my lady, Gina I believe, started filing & cutting cuticles. on one of my toes, she cut then looked at me & said, it hurt right? …she KNEW that was gonna hurt? why she do it then??? so she keeps going. on another toe she literally CUTS my cuticle but doesn’t say anything to me. she just rubs the cut then puts my foot back in the water. I didn’t know I had bled until she had put the polish on my toes and I’m looking to see what kind of job she did. MA’AM. no alcohol? not even a sorry?
she left so much oil on my legs that I’m sure if I stood up it would all drip onto my feet & I’d surely slip and fall on my ass.
she didn’t even to bother to help me put on my flip flops or take the tissue off after my toes had dried.
& isn’t the deluxe supposed to come with an extra massage or something? she spent 25 mins tops with me [which I think is kinda standard] before she rushed to her next customer.
I guess the one star is for the fact that you do get a bowl liner so you know only your feet were in there? didn’t want to give her a tip & I’m definitely not wasting anymore money coming back here.

I’ve been coming here for the past 2 years and Tran is THE BEST for pedicures. She’s super nice and always takes her time– even when it’s super busy. I always make sure to make an appointment especially on Saturdays because they tend to be busy.
Deluxe Pedicure is $ 40 which is pricy compared to other shops but it is worth it!
The front desk staff isn’t always the most welcoming but it just depends on whose there that day.

Came here with my mom on Saturday (10÷3÷15) around 2pm. I came in for a regular pedicure and my mom got her nails done also. Let’s just start off with. SAVE YOUR MONEY & FIND ANOTHER NAIL SALON. They overcharge for their service.
They charge an extra $ 10 if you want your toe nails painted, which was kinda surprising considering most of the other nail salons I’ve been to never charged me whenever I came in for a pedicure (it would always be included). As I was trying to choose my color, the lady was hella rushing me to choose one.
The lady that did my pedicure kept asking me if I wanted to upgrade my pedicure to their «Green Tea deluxe pedicure» and I told her no thanks, multiple times. It honestly felt as if ever since that, she rushed on my pedicure and left me to put my flip flops back on, myself. Most salons that I go to, even with their regular pedicure, they would leave your heels soft. NOPE, NOT HERE.
My mom was also disappointed with her manicure. She wanted a design that she saw on the wall above where they had all their selection of nail polish, and when she showed the lady the picture, she said she could do it.
The first time, she messed up on the design and started over again and the second time, she did a basic horizontal design, instead of the circle my mom wanted, and told her to put her hands under the lamp. My mom assumed the lady was going to continue on it, and with her surprise, the lady told her she couldn’t do anything about it considering it’s already under the lamp.
You would think that considering you are a paying customer, especially paying for something so overpriced, they would accommodate to your needs and liking. HAHA, YEAH RIGHT.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Don’t get fooled with their «upgrade/​deluxe pedicure/​manicure». It will leave you disappointed and you’ll end up wasting your money here. I should have read more of their Unilocal reviews.

I first moved to San Lorenzo loyal to my manicurist in Daly City and ladies, you know how hard it is to find a new nail salon. Based on previous reviews, Perfect Nails was not very «attracting» but after a few months of still searching, my step mother recommended this place. So I try it for my first time (mani/​pedi) and it was «okay» but based on the nail salon before that, it was much better.
I go in for my third time and this place definitely grew on my. Front desk could be a little nicer, but it’s better than the other Hayward salons. I really fell in love with my nails. They make you appreciate the time you spend in the salon.
My deluxe pedicure turned out perfect except I don’t think I would spend $ 36 on it again and just settle for a regular pedicure, but if you’re a full set kind of gal I recommend setting an appt. with Henry. My new nail guy absolutely takes his time to make it perfect and he creates a good, casual conversation but it doesn’t distract him from his work.

e in that place, they pouch you for acrylic gel, btw, i when to this place because is close to my work but i think the best place for nails is cabana, in san leandro. cero stars

Old it goes on badly it takes forever first it was the gel polish but today the polish I choose was regular polish and when the tech put the polish on it came out crappy
She goes to get new polish and brings back three different colors of blue I picked Royal blue… She bring sparkles if want sparkles I would have pick it and she says to me I pick a bad color… Wth. Why is their bad polish on your shelf so I’m looking for a new place
