Today Nails

Lynn is a real life saver… after going somewhere else and having a nail break after only 4 days, I came to her shop last minute and she did a wonderful job. Very friendly and clean. Definitely coming back!

I love this nail salon! Lynn always does a great job on my nails, making sure she takes her time to make them look great, all the while juggling the many customers that come thru, with and appointments or without. Ann is super detailed and did my pedicure with so much love, my cuticles were all well cut and my leg massage hit the spot to top it off, the have the cutest little puppy, Snowball, that keeps everyone entertained while waiting I won’t stray, I found my go to nail salon

While struggling to find a last minute location to get my nails done for prom I came across Today nails which had some high reviews so I was hoping they could squeeze me in, I called attempting to make an appointment for the same day only to find out they were completely booked and busy for the day. I was devestated but the owner then said she would take me at 7:30 once they closed.
I came in 5 minutes earlier and was greeted by the owner who gave great customer service, she let me know she’d be with me shortly as she finished up on another client and handed me the colors to choose from.
I’ve been to several nail locations before and never have been satisfied until now, she got the EXACT shape I wanted and although the color I wanted wasn’t available she was amazing with finding me the closest and perfect substitute.
I will definitely be returning for my fill in a few weeks.
Thanks for all the hard work and staying an extra 2 hours just to make my prom day special and glam up my nails!
Prices are reasonable as well, I recommend this location

Once again I had great service on my manicure and pedicure. Lynn did a great job on both AGAIN :), Love the way they look. The place is very clean and no waiting. I feel like I’m visiting my family every time I see Lynn. Love her little son. I will never stop going to «Today nails». From all the places I’ve been this is the BEST.

They were both very careful with the work. We had small talks but they truly mean business and customer satisfaction. The shop started to get busy, however that did not deter them from giving me the nicest mani-​pedi. I respect this work ethic very much.

I have no idea how they have 4 and a half stars. I decided to randomly go in since it’s by my house and I trusted the Unilocal reviews lol. The ladies are nice Lynn and idk the other lady’s name but she has short black hair and glasses. The lady with short black hair fucked my cuticles up lol. Basically I went in for a simple gel mani and the wait was not long. When the lady was cutting my cuticles I felt like she was cutting a lot of the surroundind skin and you could actually see all like the cuts when my skin was wet. When Lin painted my nails I felt that the color was too light and needed another coat as well. But after 4 days my nails looked like this. Chipped and pealing. I went back and showed them and they just cut all the hanging skin didn’t even touch my cuticles, like I could have done that myself. I just feel like I got ripped off. Never again Lynn Lynn

The ladies are so friendly and welcoming. I really loved the personal attention and the conversation. Not to mention both the person who did my pedicure and the person who did my manicure did an excellent job! They got veryyy close to my cuticle w the polish so it looks fresh and perfect. Luckily i live near by. I for sure will be coming back.

Will most definitely not be returning. My pedicure chipped 2 days after I got it done. They cut so much cuticle (even though I asked her to only cut a little bit) that didn’t need to be cut and too much off the corners which cause an infection once it started growing back. The pedicure hurt and she wasn’t gentle. She told me she was use to clients who have very thick skin usually. Well mines was a lot thinner and she could tell, but didn’t know how to adapt to the situation. I should’ve got up & left but i really thought she understood what we were discussing. They also do not use base coat which helps prevent ironoxides from the colored nail polish from turning your nail yellow. When asked why she was just applying the color on directly onto the nail without base coat she said that the nail didn’t need it. She told the pedicurist that was doing my nails to use a top coat as a base coat, she won’t know. Umm first of all yes I would know even if i didn’t speak fluent Vietnamese, because top coats are for shine, so its slick, color will not stay long a a slick suface, it’ll chip. .which happened 2 days later. And yes I would know because I speak fluent Vietnamese so i understood every word you said. Most definitely shouldn’t be talking bad about your clients if you want them to be returning, even if it’s in another language. That’s just not nice! But obviously you have no integrity or honesty in running your business. How long have you been doing nails? Base coat is tacky so the color adheres to the nail which prolong the color on the nail and helps prevent the nail from turning yellow, top coat seals it all in. Team work! I’m also licensed by the state & keep up with everything, although I refuse to do nail care as a profession. So I rather have a positive vibe when I go spend my hard earned money on treating myself ever few weeks.
I checked the pedicure price before we came in, it was $ 20. Once you get there, they posted a sign saying if you check in you get a 10% off your service. Oh you want that 10% off?.. well your pedicure now cost $ 25. You can get 10% off that.
Sketchy all the way.
I most definitely would never recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all cost.

Came here to get a couple of nails fixed and change out my gel polish, but upon inspection Lynn noticed that all of my nails were lifting because the previous nail tech another salon was filling my acrylic way too thick. I paid more to get them fixed but she made them look amazing. Even my husband said they looked so much better when I came out of the salon! She took her time filing them down, reshaping, making them more narrow and I really appreciated the nice clean work that she did. The other woman in the shop, I didn’t get her name but she was doing pedicures she was also very nice! I will definitely be back in a few weeks and I’m going to also try a pedicure! Can’t wait to come back thank you!

Yesterday was my first time here and Lynn was great! She is so sweet and very good at what she does! I love my nails definitely planning to become a regular customer here! Plus her dog is super cute!

I love my shellac nails. First time here and was serviced right away. The shellac manicure is to die for. Hot towels and lavender lotion. What more can a girl ask for. I will be a regular.

Had a chance to check this place out and have my feet done. Being that I’m a guy my needs are a lot more simple. Just had the feet scrub and cuticle cleaning done, so pretty simple. The lady even shaved down some of the rough spots which was pretty new to me, impressive and had my feet feeling pretty good. In all it was very clean and well put together shop off Washington by the village. More than likely I’ll be back, shop is very close to my home.
