Hate it! Had the worst experience! The younger girl who had no idea wtf she was doing needs a good a** whooping after she told me my 10 month year old baby who’d been walking since 8 months could NOT or was incapable of sitting in a silly straw child chair and I spent $ 167 dollars for have decent pictures! Half the pics to choose from were of my baby not looking or his mouth open cause he was surprised… Sucked! Buyer beware!

i wouldn’t give ANY stars for this place if i didnt have to. our appointment to take family pictures was at 4:15. we stood around in kmart for almost 2 hours waiting for the previous family to be done with their shoot. the girl «working» at the front was also irritating as hell. she asked what background we wanted &started making suggestions. i said, «well we would need to see the backgrounds before making a decision» &she gave attitude from there. seriously?! then she went to go eat her pizza. come on. rude staff, HORRIBLE wait times. whatever, we got our money back anyway. it just pissed me off that we wasted so much time there.
