Superior Gas & Auto Wash

first things first! You pay the cashier before you get in line to enter the car wash. I’ve seen 3 people that got in line with their cars, then realized they need to pay, so they run outta the car to pay the cashier… which holds up the line… so please don’t do it!
$ 8.99 for the most basic (express?) wash! If you have a SUV or something along those lines, it’s an extra $ 1. When I got there, there was a long line and I was afraid the wait was going to be awhile but nope! It was quick and less than a 5 min wait. The workers are hard working, friendly and efficient. I was really skeptical about coming here but I saw what a great job they did for my bf’s car so why not? It’s less than $ 10 (and less than 5 mins) for a quick wash through their cool machine thing.
There’s other packaged deals as well and the most expensive is $ 14.99 (with waxing and all that good stuff) Not bad!
Remember to tip them too if you’re satisfied, like me! :) so in conclusion, YESS most definitely I’ll be back!

The car wash quality itself was great as always, but not at the expense of my latest and what will be my last experience at this establishment. At the window I was given my receipt and a laminated sign indicating what type of wash the staff should perform. Upon driving up to the staff in front of the car wash machine, I was asked for the «ticket,» and so gave them the laminated sign. But they refused and instead asked for the receipt. Big mistake giving it to them, which I thought was only for them to verify purchase (the laminated sign should have been sufficient), and assumed I would get the receipt back. After the detailer at the opposite end of the car wash machine requested the laminated sign back, I gave it to him and immediately asked him back for the receipt twice, but he didn’t seem to understand. I was in a hurry and didn’t protest further so took off. Ever get that gut feeling that you’ve just been had? It just didn’t seem right, and I didn’t check to see if the first 12 digits of the receipt were obscured (as they typically should be).
Later that evening I noticed fraudulent charges purchasing a Microsoft X-​box using my debit card. I’ll let the reader do the math on that one… Beware.

These guys have no sense at all. A bunch of guys who don’t speak English started wiping down my Mercedes with dirty and dingy cloths. When I asked if they had any clean ones, they couldn’t understand what I was asking and jusy kept saying «Yes… Yes» and jusy kept wiping all that nasty grime onto my car. When I went to talk to the man at the window who is supposed to be in charge, he jusy lied straight to my face. «Oh yes they’re already clean» He says without even looking. Like I can’t see what they just wiped onto my vehicle. I just chopped it up as a loss and left but I will never ever ever go back to this bs car wash.

Gas price was among the lowest in town, so I stopped to fill-​up. I have a 16 yr old car with a 15 gallon tank. Even when I completely empty the tank and fill it up, I have never been able to get more than 15 gallons into it. However at Superior Gas, the showed that I put in more than 19 gallons!!! I told the cashier and he said that the meter on the pump is accurate. Bull! it is PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE to put 19 gallons into a 15 gallon tank unless the gas is compressed with air which escapes as it leaves the pump. He told me that if I had a complaint, I should file it with the county sealer who certified the pump. Result? After doing the math, I learned that I was overcharged 27%! I would have paid LESS for higher octane, higher quality gas at an expensive station!

I never get gas here, always cheaper at Costco and closer to home also. I come here for the cheap, fast and pretty decent car wash. It was 8 dollars since I wash my SUV there but this past time when I went in to wash it, the guy charged me $ 9 and he was going to give me back my change and the guy sitting next to him told him to charge me $ 10. Wth?! Still pretty cheap but if you’re going to charge people with bigger cars more, shouldn’t you change your sign ?!

If you want armor all on your tires, that’ll be an extra 3 bucks. They always do a good job but Damn I wish they did the interior.

THIS PLACE IS SKETCHY! Only takes debit and/​or cash. When I asked him to cancel the transaction he said he didn’t swipe my card even though I clearly saw him do it. I asked for a voided receipt and he couldn’t produce one. Then while I was making a phone call about this to a friend he came out and produced a voided receipt. Sketchy, sketchy. BEWARE!

I come here for gas all the time. its inexpensive!
There car wash is a good inexpensive option as well. I usually spend less than $ 15 (including tip) and i get a great wash that would cost me $ 30 other places.
Honestly you just can’t beat that!
My only knock is that they are always busy.

I was rolling my Whip around and it was low on fuel. Luckily I was by Superior Gas .
Superior Gas is one of the Cheapest stations in San Leandro to buy fuel from.
So I rolled in and filled up. Cash only. Low Overhead. Gotta love it.

Cash or debit only, and no pay at the pump, yet still a 5-​star experience. A fine combo hand and drive through car wash with great prices for wash and/​or gas, plus you don’t need to buy gas to get the car wash price, unlike many other places. I regularly take both of my cars, and they always do a wonderful job. Remember to tip, these guys are working hard.

Cheap Gas what can you expect! Can only pay at window for all payment!
They will even ask if you want a car wash if its raining!

for the longest time, superior gas was the cheapest gas dispenser in the washington area of the ‘dro, they are now a co leader. a few years ago, you could pump first and then pay. seems some people didn’t pay. so now it’s all prepaid.
they also offer a car wash (6.99) service. before they had a special on
wednesday? i think. now, i don’t see the special signs anymore. no chips, coffees, or snacks here. just a soda machine.
no charge card slot on the gas pumps. you have to bring your card to the cashier where they ask you: «do you want a car wash?»
