My Move

Due to the short notice move I was kind of skeptical about hiring movers. This was mainly due to the fact that i thought the price would be outrageous. I called around the Bay and every company i called presented prices that just would not work for my budget, that is until i called Art at My Move. Art provided me with a price that was well within my budget as well as a level of customer service that was AMAZING. The crew that was headed by Lazaro were awesome, professional, and FAST!!!
This will be my go to company when ever I move again!!!

My move moved us to Portland, Oregon at very short notice. The whole process was efficient, quick and affordable. Excellent packing team, all round excellent service !

My Move movers managed our move this weekend. They were experienced and helpful with boxing up even our fine art. They were efficient, friendly, and trustworthy. When we arrived in San Francisco I was doubting they could fit everything in our tight storage. But they were successful! If I need movers, I will call them without a doubt!

Lazaro, Jorge and Goran did an excellent job. Came on time, packed everything safely. Communication was top notch. Very satisfied.

My things were moved from Vancouver, Canada and placed in storage with My Move for 1 month then moved into my place in SF. The movers were on time, efficient, and courteous. Not a single item was damaged. Not even a wine glass. Everything went as smoothly as possible. They even put my bed back together. Thank you!

These guys rocked my world! Literally! The procrasinator, that I am, waited till the last minute to figure out how to handle the move from South Bay to Oakland. Had 2 more days to clean everything from the apartment. I heard about these guys from a friend, called them up and set everything up within half an hour. And I needed somebody to pack and move my messy 1 br place, and they did it with a breeze for a quoted price. No stress, no problems. There’s no question who will I call next time around.

These guys are awesome ! They are easy to work with. It took me couple of minutes to set up my move over the phone.
They were so friendly and so efficient. Got all my stuff loaded and moved and unloaded across the city in just under 2 hours. Amazing! It was so stress-​free and easy. I would recommend these guys to anyone. The rates were very reasonable too.

These guys are fast, agile, friendly, well behaved and pleasure to work with. I had to move in October 2014, but I had nowhere to store my furniture. These guys offered to store my furniture until I find a place where I can move. And I found it, half a year later. These guys then brought all my furniture from the storage, unscratched, packed with blankets, with all the nits and bolts. Everything was there. The boxes were a little bit deteriorated from the storage pressure I guess, but the contents inside were undamaged. They were also reinforced with additional tape. They first packed my new furniture, around 20 boxes, and then moved everything to the new place. It all happened in a couple of hours.
Overall, very professional, flexible and great to work with.

I heard about them from a friend who moved to San Leandro, and I am very happy that I followed my friend’s advice.
They are reliabel, professional and really took good care of our furniture. The movers are very efficient, quick and does not waste any time. Arthur is the moving manager, he is nice and kind really considerate about our needs.
We all know moving is so stressful, but they made everything easier and manageable.
I highly recommend them and hope more people know about them in the area!

I’ve moved plenty, no, too many times. I’ve never really been happy with my moving experiences so I don’t have repeat experiences with companies. After working with Zoran (Z) and Art I finally know who to call for my next move. The estimate was accurate, scheduling was easy, team showed up on time, worked diligently and like a unit, and when the job was done I didn’t feel stressed about the interactions of the day.

Zoran and Art were amazing to work with! Professional, efficient and their quote came through promptly after reviewing how much would be moved. Follow through was perfect and they even called when when the move was completed (I made the arrangements for someone else from San Francisco to Los Angeles).

Let me just start by saying I HATE MOVING. I hate packing up my whole life in boxes and then unboxing it and having to re-​arrange everything, re-​assemble furniture and all the fun stuff that comes with moving.
Anycase… I found out about these guys from a co-​worker that had them help her 70-​year-​old grandma relocate :) Since she seemed thrilled (and grandma was thrilled too!), I decided to give them a try for a move from San Francisco to Oakland in April. Now, let me just start by saying that this was a first move that I ever used a professional company for, rather than a u-​haul, and boy what a difference! (The company I work for was paying for it, so I though why not!)
They really do take care of everything — from sending an onsite estimator who seemed very knowledgeable about the whole process and ensured he put everything I wanted to move on the list in order to give me a guaranteed price and knew exactly how many boxes are needed for my kitchen (and I have a looooot of appliances), up to the guys that showed up the morning of the move (I am terrible with names — sorry!) and worked so efficient while I stood in awe of their ability to lift furniture, wrap it and carry it out 3 flights down like it’s nothing, then climb up the stairs again and do the same thing until they got everything out of my 1bdr apartment just a couple of hours later.
I took one star off only because they were a bit late that morning, but their dispatch person called to let me know it was because of traffic, which I can understand as no one is immune to the Bay Area traffic :(
All in all, a happy customer here — hopefully I won’t need to move any time soon, but if I do — I know who to call!

My Move was really good to work with. They came out pretty quickly to give us an estimate, which was very reasonable.
On moving day, the movers were there on time. And they did an excellent job, right from packaging everything very carefully in boxes, to breaking down the furniture and then to loading everything in the truck. We were moving from NorCal to SoCal, and had arranged for next day delivery, and so they reached as specified the next day and began the process of moving everything in to our new home. Again they were just as good and we could have asked for — everything went very smoothly, nothing was damaged and we were very satisfied with the entire crew and the job they did on both ends.

This company is so great! I’ve contacted several companies before My Move and they were the most efficient at getting me a quote and time frame which the move would happen. I have very limited availability, and they were more than willing to work around my schedule. The movers were super careful with my things and respected my weird requests for packing things haha.
I never thought I would need movers just to move within the city, but with the SF hills, I think it was definitely worth the value. Plus, everyone I worked with (Bobi, Zoran, Art) were really kind and never pressured me to make a decision or made me feel bad for asking all my questions

I was really satisfied with their work. I highly recommend this guys if you need someone who is gonna be fast, reliable and efficient. I was moving from apartment in Financial District to end of Market street it was kind of last minute move and they responded quick and helped me with everything. They were my super stars!!!
