I’m glad to see all of the good reviews on here! I should’ve wrote one a long time ago. I’ve been his patient for 5 yrs and found him on Unilocal!There was only 4 reviews at the time, so I was skeptical-​thinking they could’ve been reviews from friends/​fam but I’m glad I gave him a chance. Never had any billing issues, and I really like my hygientist Lisa! but she only works on Weds. She’s very personable, always does a thorough cleaning, and I can never tell if she’s having a bad day because she always has a smile on her face :)

Best darn dentist EVER!
I’ve been going to Dr. Williamson for 10+ years and he is the only dentist I trust 100% with my teeth. Anywhere I am living (that includes abroad — yes, I came back to the USA while living in Denmark and had Dr. Williamson take care of my teeth. He’s just that good) I will make the journey to San Leandro to have Dr. Williamson take care of my teeth.
His staff does an excellent cleaning and he is honest. I never felt as if he was trying to up sell me or bamboozle me into getting expensive and unnecessary dental work.
Bravo to Dr. Williamson for running a great practice.

I started going to Dr. Williamson shortly after he graduated from dental school. The fillings he created are still in place — as is all of his work. Dr. Williamson, and his office, are skilled professionals that I highly recommend to anyone seeking quality service.

THE BEST !!!
I have been seeing Dr. John since like 1986.
He and his staff are wonderful,
yes his hours and days are not 24⁄7 but it has never been a problem and i think it contributes to his and his staffs happiness, and keeps them fresh, and hopefully it will keep him going a lot longer before retiring.
Finding him years ago when i was new to the area on 1800dentist was one of the best finds ever.

I have been going to Dr. Williamson for 20+ years. I have fond memories as a child of him letting me pick my prize from the infamous treasure chest, now in my adulthood we have maintained a great relationship. My ONLY complaint is the hours of operation creates somewhat of a challenge to be able to see him and his truly knowledgeable and friendly staff. However if you can make it work for you and your family, you will not regret it because my father still faithfully frequents Dr. Williamson and his staff.

Love Love Love Dr. John and his great staff. It’s like «Cheers» everyone knows your name. My entire family goes and have been patients since about 1990 when his Dad was still practicing. The front office staff answers the phone (no phone trees) and is very friendly. Beware, you need to make your cleaning appointment before you leave and NEVER miss it — they are so popular hard to get appointments.

Dr Williamson is the best dentist I know. He studied in SF and has been practicing for 20 years. All the work he did for me was right the first time. He never recommended things I did not need. His growing practice and friendly staff attest to his success. I’ve never had to wait for more than 5 minutes. The facilities and ease of access are excellent. I still don’t like going to the dentist and would rather do something else, but that place is as good as it gets.

Professional, kind, good nature, great staff. They always give you a reminder call. They keep your tteth nice and clean. On time and respectful of your time. I always go on my lunch hour and even have time for lunch :).
