W Dental Care

Julie is the best dentist I’ve ever been seen by. She was very gentile and was cautious to make sure there was no pain involved. I came to her with a filling that had come out and a cavity that needed to be filled and while she was waiting for the Novocaine to take effect she asked if she could fix a chipped tooth that I had. I agreed and she mixed up some epoxy (or what ever it is that dentists use) and fixed it on the spot free of charge. The service provided was much more than expected and the tools and materials she uses are selected by her with quality in mind.
She also saw my wife and my older two kids. My wife has a small mouth and can’t open very wide, my 5 year old was fearful of going to the dentist (from past experiences), and my 3 year old is a very active little boy. She was able to navigate each one with their individual needs and make each comfortable while doing what needed to be done.
In the past we have neglected seeing the dentist, but with Julie there’s simply no need.

Love this place staff is a joy to be around they make you feel comfortable while they work it’s relaxing place to be to get dental work LOVE IT LOL

Dr. Siongo is the most amazing dentist I’ve had. Whenever I get my teeth cleaned by yer I’m always blown away by the quality if her work. I’ve been searching for a quality dentist over the past few years and I finally my search has ended.

Dr. Siongco and her staff are great — remembers you and asks how everything is going. They don’t make going to the dentist intimidating at all and have a movie going so it’s not such a drag. Waiting has beer been an issue for me, but I think it’s all about understanding that emergencies come up for others or they are finishing up with people and I would want the same courtesy. Minimal pain, quick and easy, and definitely the savvy! Appreciate the text reminders so much! Would and have absolutely recommended her here. I even liked her referral doctor for my wisdom teeth removal!

Where do I start? It’s been a happy 4 years since I’ve been coming to see Dr. Siongco.
I won’t go to any dentist!
I am a baby and I have very low pain tolerance and terrified of needles!!!
Let’s just say that when I do get a needle from Dr. Siongco, I can’t feel it.
Even my kids love going to her! How many kids love the dentist. Lol.
The place is clean and they play good movies while you wait and in the hot seat. :)
The staff is super nice and professional. They even offer me coffee while I waiting in the lobby.
Dr. Siongco is gentle and honest! My dad was getting crazy quotes and I told him to go to her for a second opinion. Guess what? He’s fixed and the quote is reasonable.
I have to add that she’s super funny and pretty. Not many dentists are pretty. LOL JK! Maybe JK. HA.
My whole family goes to her.

I’m updating my review because Dr. Julie did contact me in an attempt to make things better. Not sure how they can be better since this unfortunate incident already occured. However, I do appreciate her reaching out and making an effort.

Dr. Siongo has the friendliest and nicest bedside manner ever! My other dentist (who I loved) dropped out of my network, so I was really worried about finding a new one. So glad I came here! Dr. Siongo has me in and out without complications when it comes to getting my teeth cleaned. She even thinks she can fix a snag in my back tooth (from an awkward filling) that my other dentist couldn’t. We’re going to get that looked into in June, so I’m pretty excited! Looking forward to having her as my regular dentist.

I’ve been going to Dr. Siongco for years and she is just amazing. I absolutely hate going to the dentist, but Dr. Siongco makes my visits enjoyable every time. Dr. Siongco and her staff are extremely friendly and entertaining. I always feel like I am catching with old friends when I come in for my regular check-​ups and deep cleanings. Plus, they never yell at me for not flossing. I got a deep cleaning from here recently and it was painless. I know I can trust her for any future procedures.
Also, it is very simple to make an appointment and the text message reminders makes it easy for me to remember my appointments. The staff makes the visit short and sweet, making it very easy for me to schedule an appointment during my lunches. I highly recommend Dr. Siongco, she is as good as it gets!

Dr. Siongco and her staff are awesome! I’ve been going here for about 3 years now for teeth cleaning and just the regular check up. It’s painless and I usually get out within an hour which I love because I can go during my lunch break. Dr. Siongco is very friendly and I would definitely recommend her. I am also getting my Invisalign which I am very excited about because I know I can trust her with my teeth!
Side note: The bathroom is really clean. You know you can trust a place with a clean bathroom!

Perfect dentist. Dr. Julie is skillful, she knows what she is doing and does accurate work. She did one root canal, tooth cleaning and a filling for me. I am quite happy with the result, and I am usually very picky about medical treatment.
I also liked the fact that she takes time to explain the procedure, and clearly describe any details or questions I have asked. Some doctors do not take patient questions very well and she is not one of them.
W dental has sufficiently high tech equipment (x-​rays, images edited on computer), and is clean. Usually two people work on your problem, while the doctor has full attention on your teeth, the assistant covers rest of the details. The staff is genuine, and helpful.
I recommend this place in various aspects and thus given 5 stars.

Dr Siongco is the best EVER!
I have been going here ever since she opened her practice and let me tell you, I have been absolutely pleased every single visit. I mean, as much as you can from a dental visit. I have referred countless of my friends/​family to her practice and I can say with 100% conviction that they are just as happy with their visits as i am.
Everything in her office is up to date, no outdated machines or tools. She even gives you cool glasses when examining your teeth so you don’t have to look into those bright lights!
I will continue to refer my friends to her with confidence that she will take care of them and not let me down!

Dr. Julie was very friendly and professional. She made me feel comfortable even though I don’t typically enjoy going to the dentist. I came in for a routine cleaning, but found that I needed a filling as well, which Dr. Julie was able to conveniently take care of in the same visit.
The office is clean and organized. Both the waiting room and the operatory are equipped with TVs.
The staff was awesome as well. I highly recommend this office!

Dr. Julie is VERY friendly. She is very well educated and knows exactly what she’s doing. I would recommend her any day.
The building is overall very clean. The staff will always greet you with a smile on their face. If you have to wait before seeing her, they’ll let you pick a movie to watch. Even if you’re in the chair, you can still watch it.
She somehow finds a way to make the dentist office a fun place for people to be. I always enjoy seeing her and going to the office. All my worrying about seeing the dentist are out the door. You won’t regret going there.

I like this office because they are great at managing your experience. They know the dentist’s office is not a fun place for most people, so they play movies for you to watch while in the chair, and the staff is great with conversation. The dentist is wonderfully friendly, and it’s nice that she remembers things about my family from visit to visit.
I am particularly appreciative that the dentist knows how to manage pain. I mean, even with injecting the Novocain — I don’t feel a thing. And she always tells me to tell her immediately if I do feel anything. This has happened just once in the three years I have been seeing her, and she took care of it right away.
I do wish the cleanings were more thorough. That’s the only improvement I would suggest.

Just came to see Dr. Siongco last week for a cleaning and she was wonderful! The whole staff was extremely nice and it was a painless visit. I love how she was able to show me my x-​rays and photos of my teeth on her display screen! I am coming back soon for a filling :) (btw– Her office is located by the Toys R Us near Valley Fair)

I had a great experience with Dr. Siangco and her whole office. The team is friendly, efficient and on time.
Had to have some work done to correct issues created by my last dentist and Dr. Julie took the time to review everything with me and put together a plan to address the issues.
Really pleased with out everything worked out, can’t believe I am raving about a dentist, but she is fantastic!

Dr. Siangco is so friendly! I always hated going to the dentist but Julie makes the process so much better. I would recommend her to anyone. The staff is also so professional and friendly. I’ve never had an issue here and I can’t say that about my last dentist.
She is also open on the weekends for those of us who can’t get time off of work.
