I love this place! I come here for regular B12 complex shots. I never need to make an appointment which I love and the front staff are so friendly. It’s clean, fresh and inviting. I highly recommend this place!

Took me a while to pick out a place to get some moles removed from my face (something I have never had the luxury of addressing). I got to see Dr Doan on a consult day and I experienced thoughtful service and recommendations for skin care.
Denise in the front was nice, Christiane was very particular and thorough with the areas to be addressed. I also met the facial lady Julia and she was very cordial and offered a pleasant attitude to the spa like office.
Overall they did a great job compared to another place I went to by Fremont for 1 specific mole (this one still came back even after seeing this office).
I also recommended their services to a friend.

Came here for mole removal on my face. I did one session and it seemed to have worked pretty well, but not 100% gone. They recommended something called Picosure Focus, which helps to make the moles less apparent as well as reduce blemishes and sun spots. I guess I had a lot on there from acne and being out in the sun. I came in for 3 more treatments and my face looks a lot cleaner now.
I wasn’t planning on spending that much (close to $ 2k), but I said what the heck, hopefully it’ll stay this way for a while.
Overall, the experience here was pretty good. The staff were pretty friendly and enthusiastic. I would recommend coming here for mole removal since it’s fairly affordable (few hundred) for your entire face; not on a per mole basis.

I had a hydrating facial here and I’m not sure Unilocal led me in the right direction on this one. The office was had a nice welcoming atmosphere with warm colors, in a convenient location in a nice neighborhood right down the street from Santana Row. They use high quality products like PCA and Elta MD. I didn’t get any of the fillers or procedures, so I can’t really speak to those. However I can speak to what I get done on a regular basis with a licensed esthetician. I asked for a hydrating facial because my skin is extremely dry and prone to hyperpigmentation. My usual esthetician was booked solid for the next 2 months, and I knew I had to get in for a treatment for some cell turnover, deep cleansing and serious hydration.
Julia was very nice, but she was pushy with the products even though I said multiple times I didn’t want to buy any products. More importantly I didn’t want to switch from iS Clinical or PCA. She still pushed the products all the way through the treatment and as I was paying. She lacked a certain finesse that I am used to. When she removed my eye makeup, I feel like she took off some skin cells and eyelashes with it. When she washed my face, it felt like she was mad at it. She was very rough and her «massage» did not flow over my face. It was abrupt and lacked skill. When she went to exfoliate my face, same problem. She did use hot towels which was nice. A skilled esthetician would gently place it on the bottom of my chin and wrap it upward leaving my mouth and nose uncovered. Gently pat and wipe. Instead Julia wiped my face vigorously. She steamed my face in the beginning, but I’m not sure why because she didn’t extract anything until 10 minutes later. She «massaged» my décolletage and arms, but it was more like putting lotion on me. I have had better massages in a nail place after a manicure.
Basically for a $ 75 hydrating facial, I expected more. It was comparable to a $ 40 facial I can get at any nail salon. She was abruptly loud and laughed at awkward times. For a relaxing medispa experience, I felt like she didn’t really have the bedside manner that I would expect. I will not be returning.

I highly recommend Nusilk Medical Spa. Dr. Doan is professional and kind. The Staff, Esthetician, and Nurses are excellent and well trained. I have always been troubled with skin conditions including: acne, a dark skin discoloration condition — called Melasma, and varying forms of sun damage. With the help of Dr. Doan and the staff at NuSilk my skin has never looked more healthy, clear, and radiant. I’m really happy with the level of care, support, and comfort they provide as well as the wide range patient services and treatments. Everyone there treats you like you are their most valuable patient and I always feel confident that they will recommend the right treatment for my skin condition. I’m really grateful to have found Nusilk medical spa. I now have more confidence in my appearance and my skin looks really beautiful thanks to Dr. Doan and his staff.

Came in and within 20min — approx. dozen moles have been zapped. Great staff and Dr. Doan is cool dude. Took 5days to fully heal and I can’t tell you where the moles were in the first place. Highly recommend 5 STARS.

vary disappointment with this place, the day that i had appointment with Arezo i went there and they were having event, she told me i need to rescheduled my appointment and i asked her why they didnt call me, she said i dont know we were busy .I got my service which i am not happy with it, i will not be returning to this place

I am such a huge fan of Dr. Doan and the entire Nusilk Medical Spa staff. Dr. Doan has literally taken 10 years off of my face with Artefill. He takes so much time with the injections and I feel 100 percent confident in him. I would not let anyone else inject a permanent filler in my face. The nurses are wonderful also. I have gotten botox and laser treatments in the spa and they do an amazing job. I am a huge fan of their Revlite laser but cannot wait to try the new laser they have now that is supposed to be even stronger. The Revlite laser tightens my skin and makes me feel more youthful and refreshed. Thanks Dr. Doan and Nusilk staff. I am a lifelong fan!

Dr. Doan is literally the best Artefill Dr around! I have gone to him a few times over the years and he is always very detailed and precise. He goes the extra mile for his customers and he has competitive prices. He’s great. If your looking for a team player in the anti– aging game, he’s your Dr.

I am updating my review because the office has a new tattoo laser machine. The staff invited me back to try their new machine, I was skeptical at first because I had already been here 3 times with no results. So I came in and had my tattoo lasered with the new machine and it immediately looked lighter. Here it is 3 weeks after the laser treatment and I can totally tell the difference. I definitely will return to get the laser treatment again here.

Best facial I’ve ever experienced, and I felt like I was walking on clouds after! In addition to the great facials, I’ve been getting B12 shots from time to time here, and I feel that it gives me a great boost of energy. Super friendly staff. Super easy to schedule. Great location. Highly recommend going here.

I had a tired look due to the hollows in my eyes. My under eye circles were getting pretty noticeable. Dr Doan used filler to remove my undereye circles and I now look refreshed, young and natural. He was not pushy at all into selling me more products. Instead he even suggested I use less product! The eye is a very sensitive area and it is what people notice first when they see you. So you want a very natural look. I had read horror stories on «Realself» about people getting too much product and having eye bags from it because the doctor’s were pushy and wanted to sell them more product. Not Dr Doan. What an honest Dr! I was nervous to try out but he did an amazing job. I highly recommend it. He is an artist in his skill. I didn’t even bruise! I am so happy I did this! Love the results! It looks so natural and best of all it was very affordable. Love it! I cannot emphasize it enough!

I was so relieved to finally find a place who offer Picosure Tattoo Removal. Picosure is the latest technology out there if you want to remove skin tag. The staff here is incredible! Luckily, they were able to fit me in the very same day I called. I filled out a form and they began the tattoo removal process. The laser honestly wasn’t so painful. The prices are very competitive and great-​considering you’re getting the latest technology. Dr. Doan also appeared to be very friendly and easy to talk to. I will be back in a month.

All right, where do I start? I’ve had my mole for about 10 years and decided to take it off this year. I went to nusilk medical spa along with other dermatologist centers before I made my decision. It took me six months to finally decide on nusilk because of its previous reviews and friendly staff. This was a tough choice since this is my face and its hard to trust people cutting into it. At nusilk, I was quoted 400 $ to what seemed to be a simple excision. I told Dr. Doan I was a student with financial problems and he lowered the price without any hesitation to 350 $, plus the consultation was free unlike other places.
During the procedure Dr. Doan answered all of my questions before he started. I couldn’t feel a thing and it was fast. A week later, the results are better than i expected. I love the work that Dr. Doan and his staff did, it was worth every penny.

I love Dr. Doan, he’s a life saver! I first went here for a small mole removal on my face. It was a stubborn mole, and it always come back regardless of how many times I laser it at another doctor’s office. At Nusilk, Dr. Doan decided to do a small incision instead of laser and it worked! My mole is officially gone forever =) The process was painless because of the numbing and scaring is very very minimal. I was super exited and satisfied with the service. The staff here are also very cute, friendly, and caring towards every patient. They make the whole process comfortable for me.
After my mole removal, I decided to come back to get rid of the acne scars on my face due to many unprofessional facials :’(Dr. Doan told me to do 3 treatments of affirm, once every month. I do see results after every affirm. My scars improved by about 60% after the 3 affirm sessions. Finally, Dr. Doan decided that the CO2 laser treatment would be best for my stubborn scars. The down time after the CO2 laser treatment is about 1 week but it was definitely worth it! 90% of my scars are gone and I feel so blessed with my new skin. Dr. Doan and his staff really took the effort and patience with me and gave me the best possible care. They were the best and I couldn’t be more thankful.

NOT A REAL DERMATOLOGIST. I came here to have a mole remove and he ended up scarring my face. I had to go to a real dermatologist (Dr. Michael Luu) to fix the scar. Dr. Luu informed me Alex Doan is not a certified dermatologist and many patients have complained about him.
Look him up on the State Board if you don’t believe me.

The customer service deserves a 5-​Star rating in terms of communication. Their free consult was very thorough, and I had three people sitting down with me analyzing my concerns.
The thing that discouraged me from coming back was the facial. They recommended that I get 4 – 6 facials– which I wouldn’t have mind if I felt that it was worth the trip. I can’t remember the price exactly, but I believe it was $ 129 – 149 per session. I thought, «Alright, I need to invest in my skincare.» However, the facial lasted only 30 minutes. I felt like as if I got in, had my face steamed, had a few random creams applied on my face, and then I was out. That’s it? They claimed it was to keep my skin was being over stressed, but I guess I just didn’t feel that the service justified the price, let alone come back for multiple sessions, If all I had to do was to steam my face and applied a few masks, I would have done that at home, you know?

Love this place! I’ve been in the process of removing a tattoo for 5 years now, going in spurts. My favorite place went out of business and since then I looked into others but never made an appt.
When I saw NuSilk opened near my house and saw their great reviews I went in for a consult. Doreen and Kimberly ARE great and very nice! I learned even more about laser removal than I knew before. Since the tattoo is pretty light already there was virtually no pain (more ink=more pain). Their prices are reasonable too!
