Expensive… yes, but its no more than any other pro sport attire. The store is clean and the staff is helpful. That’s actually the biggest shout out on this review… the other day I went in there and started looking around and noticed hockey was on the TV; I knew the Sharks were playing an early game, but I didn’t know what time. I asked the guy if that was the Sharks already(my glasses weren’t on, so I hadn’t a clue) and he said no and he wasn’t sure if the game was at three or four. Rather than leave it at that, he went to the back, came out with a binder or notebook of some kind and looked it up for me. I didn’t even buy anything(although I have before as I come from a large family of Raider fans) and he still went out of his way to help me. I was very impressed. I haven’t watched a Raider game since Gannon days and all I really care about is hockey, but this guy made enough of an impression that I had to say thanks! I guess the family is getting more Raider stuff as gifts this year.

i guess if you want raiders stuff, the store is fine. service when i went in yesterday wasn’t great. the people were more into their own conversation. they were kind enough to stop yammering long enough to ring up our purchase. they have a good selection of everything: hats, shirts, pens, frames, toys, pretty much everything like i said. not all is good quality. my son got a lanyard and all the lettering rubbed off in a fairly short time. other items have been ok. prices are high.

The Store was coo, just small to what I thought it would be.

So I am not a Raiders fan, not so smart for me to admit online. I went here for my friend who is a fan to buy her a one-of-a-kind christmas gift. Man, was I impressed. They had so many different things to choose from. If only San Jose Sharks had so much to choose from. After looking at all the merchandise that they had, I finally found a gift for my friend. The staff were very kind, and wrapped it up in special tissue paper and put it into one of their bags.
