Sports Fever

just wanted to give praise to this team & location.
both gentlemen were patient & willing to help me pick a jersey size. i asked for multiple jerseys off the top rack & they didnt have a problem.
lastly i paid cash & my bills were crispy & brand new. i had not noticed i had given an extra $ 50 but the cashier gave it back once he noticed.
great service, great selection/​variety. will return again.

So I was in the store today ready to spend! Yet the staff never even acknowledge that I was in the store let alone answer any of my questions! This is the 3^rd time I have come into this store ready to spend but the staff are more concerned with looking at cute girls walking by and I walked out without a thing. I will not frequent this store ever again.

How do they make money? The 2 idiots working here just stuff their face and watch the game that’s on. don’t acknowledge customers who want to BUY… I was able to buy what I was looking for at another store in the mall where they… actually TALKED to me and WANTED to make a sale.
I see bad reviews on this place going back months… guess the owner doesn’t care about his business. It’s ok. he’s the one losing on revenues… must have deep pockets.

Hey, this place aint so bad! Paid a visit here after a disappointing visit to the 49ers Team Store in Palo Alto. They had a good stock of 49ers accessories — decals, car flags, clothing, jerseys, hats, etc. All were very reasonably priced. After reading the reviews, I was cognizant of the customer service, but I thought the guys were pretty helpful! I asked several questions, and all of them actually led me to the area and showed me what was available (instead of just pointing to where the items were located) and were pretty nice. Yeah — they were chatting it up, but none of them seemed as horrible as that described in the other reviews.
I purchased several things there, for a fraction of the price they were at the 49ers Team Store. For example, a pennant at Sports Fever was $ 4; the same pennant at the 49ers Team Store was $ 11. I’ll shop at Sports Fever for my 49ers gear from now on, thank you!

I sometimes come in here to buy sports items for family members so I will say they have a good selection and everything is well stocked, but the Customer Service here sucks! You never get greeted and your questions are never answered. A smile and hello would be fine, even when you are dropping $ 100 you get the receipt thrown at you and are still ignored by employees.

This place has a great selection of sharks merchandise. Not so much A’s or Raiders things. The prices are pretty normal. About 40 for player t-​shirts. The only reason I’ve never bought anything there is because of the horrible customer service. I’ll admit I often go in wanting to purchase something, and I try to ask a question and since the employees are too busy texting on their phones or watching whatever baseball game to answer or even acknowledge me, I just get frustrated and leave. Management needs to get involved because those employees are pretty useless in customer service. That’s why I prefer shopping at Fanzz.

Everytime I come here, the employees are always behind the counter doing nothing but hanging out. Never seem busy and I’m amazed that they are still around. I’ve probably went in there a couple of hand full of times and felt like I wasn’t wanted there.
What happened to customer service with a smile? I’ve been to their other location in Valley Fair and had a totally different experience but with this place. I only go here if I can’t find what I want from other locations.

Best store in the Bay Area for jerseys and fan gear for Bay Area sports teams. They’re located in one of the better sized mall spaces and have a huge selection of Sharks/49ers/Warriors/Giants/A’s gear as well as some of the more popular players for other teams. They carry current and former players, and can have blank jerseys customized (offsite by a third party which can take a while, but professionally done). Anything they don’t have they can check their system immediately for availability in one of their other stores and if another store has it in stock will have it shipped to the local store at no charge for pickup within a few days.
I’ve bought a couple of jerseys here and do a lot of online price comparison shopping and prices here are competitive (almost identical actually) with internet pricing. Not having to pay for shipping/​handling is almost a wash with the tax you pay, but you can see and feel what you’re buying. Most importantly you can try on jerseys for proper fitting, which can’t be stressed enough due to the unconventional sizing of sports jerseys. Also the staff here is incredibly friendly and couldn’t have been nicer in helping me find what I needed as well as answering questions that I had.
