I came home from vacation to a huge water leak under my island kitchen sink. I was particularly concerned about mold since it had been leaking for over a week. Mike and his team responded immediately to measure the moisture level, assess the mold (spores /​colony types) and they began remediating the problem above and below the house with negative pressure, heaters and anti fungal solutions. They were careful to contain the problem and were thorough about the process. After the work was complete they retested the area and the moisture was in normal range and tests showed no mold. I’m relieved and so appreciative of their work. I’m a happy customer and would highly recommend them for any water damage issue.

Mike and Rich were fantastic with the water mitigation issue in my condo. My upstairs neighbor’s sink leaked into my unit, causing water damage to my walls, ceiling, and soaking my carpet. They did their work with excellence and efficiency. It was a pleasure working with them. Such nice guys. I appreciated the fact that they drove to Fremont from south San Jose. Not sure if that was an exception though. Mike is an honest communicator and is very upfront about the work required. I highly recommend them.

I am grateful that Mike of Supra Clean is honest, patient, punctual, and professional. Our 15 year old water heater, located in the garage, broke and water got everywhere. We had a new water heater installed right away. We contacted Supra Clean to find out if there was any water damage. Mike explained his assessment process and offered to give us a complimentary estimate. When he arrived to the job site, he patiently explained the remediation work he recommended for the significant water damage that percolated through the sheetrock and studs in the garage, and the carpet inside the house. Once authorized to proceed, he brought Richard on board. They kept me informed, properly removed the mold, cleaned, dried, and sanitized everything within 3 days. Unfortunately we also had to have the new water heater removed for the water damage to be repaired, and then re-​installed afterwards. So make sure you don’t have water saturation in the immediate affected area before you have the new water heater put in. To have the peace of mind, Mike is the fellow you ought to find.

Mike and his team always do a great job. They’ve got this tri-​spinning technology thing going that gets every carpet fiber clean from all sides. (details on their website) I’ve got a 3 story condo on top of the garage, which has carpeted steps to the main level. 47 steps in all and they get every one spotless to match the super job they do on the rooms and hallways. They did a great job on my micro-​fiber couch too.

I am in the process of getting my house ready to go up on the market and my real estate agent recommended Supraclean. I called and spoke to the owner, Mike, and he was very courteous and professional. The carpet cleaning technician, Richard, arrived on time and did an AMAZING Job! He worked over 4 hours and went above and beyond in my opinion. His attitude was upbeat and he was just the nicest guy. You could tell that he truly enjoyed his job. And his friendly and congenial demeanor, along with his enthusiasm, was really refreshing. And Richard knew his stuff! Believe me… I have had different carpet cleaners over the years, and no one has come close to Richard’s professionalism and expertise. He had all the tools of the trade and even broke out his electronic device to test and measure the dampness of the carpet in various locations. Very impressive. Needless to say, the carpets looks Awesome and the whole expericence was very pleasant. Mike even called the next day to follow up and make sure I was happy with the service. I Highly Reccomend Supraclean. =)

Mike was awesome. He was very accommodating with my work schedule and scheduled an appointment time, not a window. He also called me 30 minutes before he arrived to give me time to leave work and come down to the house.
I let him in and then went back to the office. He let himself out and locked both the front and back doors behind him.
Mike worked out a great price for me and I would definitely use him next time I need to clean my carpets!

Mike came over at the time he said, discussed the price after taking a look at our place, and then went to work. The results were so fantastic that I decided to post the before and after photos.
I feel like we just bought new carpeting. It actually bounces back and feels so nice and flush under our feet.

We hired Supraclean to fix a water damage/​mold remediation problem underneath our house. Turns out our washing machine was never connected to the sewer line (prior owners probably dumped through the garage sink). and a plumber working on another issue discovered the large moldy, wet area underneath our house. We obtained three estimates and Supraclean was the most courteous, professional, knowledgable and thorough in handling the estimate. Their prices were competitve with the other estimates. They also did not charge for the estimate which was nice as most of these firms do charge about $ 200 for an estimate on water/​mold damage. They showed up on time, did the work as promised, cleaned up their workspace every day and were responsive to my many questions. They had a truck mounted machine that drew up slushy dirt, then they applied chemicals to reduce odor and kill mold in the dirt. Then they cleaned all the foundation area to remove the mold with special chemicals. This took about three days. They then dried out the place with 5 industrial strength fans for five days and then added extra dirt on top to draw out any extra moisture
I crawled under the house to see the after (I only saw the before through the plumber pictures) and the foundation was nice and clean and dry. We would definitely hire them again.
