We moved out of our house and the curbside pick up never came so all the homeless people ransacked all our stuff and three it over the street. Called this company and they met me in an hour. $ 230 for a full pick up and they cleaned the entire sidewalk and threw away all the junk.

I’ve worked with Ivan for several years now.
He has done a lot of work for me, from pouring concrete slabs on a Home Depot Tuff Shed Project to pouring retaining walls and hauling concrete, dirt and household garbage.
One thing I will say, he takes both pride and ownership in everything he does, this means he will NOT walk away from a job until the customer is happy and satisfied. I’ve learned to sincerely appreciate such qualities these days as so many people don’t care.
If you hire junk-​it, my advice is not to be shy about what you need hauling because these guys will continue on the job until it’s done.

i called on a saturday for junk removal and they were available for pick up for a bunch of junk i had at my clients house for removal. Big guy who’s name i can’t remember came out and was able to remove all the junk pretty quickly and the price beat all other competitors i called, will use them again for my future junk removals.

I am selling my house in Dublin and I have lots of unwanted stuff in the storage in the garage that I need to clean out. I called Ivan on Friday (1^st dat of July 4^th long weekend), and he was able to squeezed my junk removal service appointment for the very next morning. He called 10 minutes before my appointment time. He showed up at site on time and got right to work with Ivan Jr. Ivan and Ivan Jr. spent half day to clean out two full truck load of junk from my storage. I gave them with my garage opener and left for my holiday vacation. He texted me photos of the post clean up. I was super happy with their work. These guys showed up exactly on time, and quickly removed a driveway full of old belongings left over from a hoarder family that was renting our house. They worked quickly, efficiently, and even swept up after themselves once all the junk was gone. There was a ton of junk and they made it all fit in their truck.
The guys were friendly and polite, worked tirelessly, and their prices are reasonable.

Ivan and Raffaelo (sp?) collected everything I needed to dispose of, which took up a lot of space in my garage, in less than 25 minutes. It was easy getting a hold of them to schedule the pick up and they responded promptly to emails. They communicated clearly and told me in advance that they were going to be a bit delayed due to another job, which was the right thing to do.
If you need stuff removed and don’t want a lot of hassle with the company, 98 Junk It is a good bet.

My company hired 98 Junk It to help clean out a storage unit and take away some items from the office. Ivan and Xavier arrived on time and ready to go! We had a ton of junk mixed with boxes that needed to stay in the storage unit for the shredding company to pick up. The junk and the shredding were all mixed together, Ivan and Xavier patiently helped sort through the two piles. If a box wasn’t labeled they would ask if I wanted to junk it or shred it. Even though we had to sort through everything, Ivan and Xavier were finished with the job in less than hour.

Professional junk moving gang came by and removed some really heavy office desks. I think I’ve grossly underestimated how difficult it is to move those… I was thinking of getting people to volunteer to help me move. However, after watching these pros at work I was glad I got some pros to do it. Could have killed some of us to do it if we tried the same thing (the desks needed to stand vertical to get up the truck bed)
We negotiated a good price, it was good to do business with them.

It began as a search for someone to take down and remove one of those ratty old metal sheds that they sold by the thousands in the 1980s. You know the ones I mean. Ours was gradually recycling itself — and harboring a whole community of spiders, eek. My email to Junk-​It received a prompt reply and within the next couple of days I was able to arrange to meet Ivan so he could give me an estimate on the work.
Then there was The Challenge. We have a property that includes a significant downslope at the far end, and which has been teeming with the overgrowth of a neighbor’s energetic cactus plantings. These are not those cute little «hens and chicks» succulents; this was a MASSIVE overgrown prickly pear forest. Some of the trees (?) were 6 to 8 feet tall and equally wide and filled with nasty thorns and insidious little prickles. Every other fence company, gardener, and junk removal service rep that I’ve taken down there has backed away in horror, unwilling to even give an estimate on the task.
When Ivan came to take a look at the shed, I led him to the edge of the precipice to see if perhaps he might be The One Who Dared …
And he wasn’t particularly put-​off by it! He actually said that his crew could do the job! (And there was rejoicing.)
After we agreed on the contract — which Ivan sent in an email within the same day — we were able to schedule the removal work for the following weekend.
Ivan and his Junk-​It crew arrived on-​time, and did an AMAZING JOB. The cactus forest is gone. Eliminated utterly, down to the ground. Not one prickle remains. They cleared out the brush and dead wood in the area as well as the remaining fencing (which the cacti had pushed down in their March to the Sea), and raked and swept the entire patio, too. The shed disappeared (along with the spiders — Don’t bother writing, you eight-​legged blighters!) and the backyard looks 100% improved.

I’m a Professional Organizer in the Bay Area, and I had a client who needed an excess amount of spoiled foods, molded boxes, large debris that wasn’t good enough to donate, yard waste, piles of bricks, a large truck load of recycling, etc to be hauled off from their yard and garage. I offer Free Donation and Recycling Haul-​Away, but my clients needed a much bigger vehicle than I had, so when we saw the great reviews on Unilocal,we knew we were in the right place and called them up for immediate, same-​day service.
When the two guys (one being the owner) in the truck pulled up, we were excited to get under-​way with the big task. They quickly, efficiently and professionally quoted us and immediately got to work. They made it look so easy, and the big job was no longer so daunting – and instead of taking two days, we finished in a day with their help! They worked amazingly alongside me, as I went through everything and sorted the keeps out from the junk so nothing would be mistakenly taken. The owner hauled off our first load, and had his guy stay behind to help us keep going through boxes and moving things out of the way – HUGE help! By the time the owner came back, we were all finished, and they just had to re-​load for the second truck.
The haulers were friendly, helpful, quick, on-​time, and a wonderful service! I will use them again and again for all my clients in the Bay who need junk haul away, as well as very large donation/​recycling pick-​ups!
