I arrived at the complex around 3:40 for my 3:45 appointment. Unfortunately, it was under construction and I had a hard time figuring out which building was 1735. I finally found it and arrived at 3:54. I checked in (wrote my name on the paper along with the exact time) and had a seat. At 4:30, STILL waiting for my name to be called, I approached the guy at the front desk (I wont bother explaining that the staff were literally having a party in the back room) and asked «Is it going to be much longer?»
His reply: «Oh, you were 9 minutes late. I don’t think she’s going to get to you today.»
I’m actually an incredibly nice guy. I go to a lot of restaurants where the waitstaff know me by name and have invited me to their homes and parties etc. And I weigh 129# so am not imposing at all, but I don’t even know how to explain the look of terror the guy had just from the way my face contorted. I waited FIVE WEEKS for that appointment (not having looked to see they were rated HORRIBLY on Unilocal,obviously). My response was, «She WILL see me today.»
His reply: «Uhh, ok, she might be able to squeeze you in…»
Me: «She WILL see me today, I’m making that clear. Period.»
So he went into the back room, where they were having the party, and came out a couple minutes later to let me know she will be right with me.
I don’t recall who ‘she’ was but she did finally come out and get me. In under 2 minutes, we were done and I was on my way out the door in rush hour, and hour later than I planned.
To the kid I scared, I would at least like to say I am sorry ;)

One star is too many. They are under resourced and deceive apartment residents into believing there are other emergencies when their lack of response is due to laziness and disorganization.

I waited an hour and a half for a walk in TSA pre finalization. An appointment would have taken another month at least, it was still better to go in early for walk in. They delayed a family with an appointment for me and another walk in, which was great for me!
If you have to finish your tsa pre here then don’t bother with an appointment that’s month (s) away.

Horrible! Called them for a party in my apartment building they never came. The balcony to the apartment collapsed from all the people. Screw these guys!

This company is a joke! They are the security company at the complex I live in. Your lucky if they show up within an 1 ½ hour of your call. They usually take over 2 hours, and they really have zero authority to do anything. There seems to be no reason for the company to exist. I wouldn’t have given them any stars, but I had no choice.

Came here with a TSA Precheck scheduled appointment and still mange to wait an hour and counting… Even DMV does better. If you got absolutely nothing better to do, come get your TSA Precheck here.

I went to the San Jose office to apply for the Dispatcher position on Jan 22, 2014, I arrived at 130pm filled out the application and turned in the application with copies of my guard card and drivers license. and was told by a young lady at the desk that they are not taking any more interviews at this time, at this point it was 230pm the application was six pages long so be prepared to be there for awhile. Back to my original comment I was told to come back on Jan 29^th for an interview. So Jan 29 arrives my interview was at 1045am. When I entered the office this black guy was sitting at the computer I was standing there at the desk while he was on the computer after waiting on him to say something, after two minutes, I said HELLO!!! not loud but in my mind I wanted to shout it out, that fool couldn’t peel his eyes away from the computer to assist me. and I told him my name and I have an interview at 1045am. I found out later his name is Dominic and he wanted to know with whom and I said I don’t know I was told to come back on Jan 29^th at 1045am for an interview. so dominic wanted me to write my name on a post it, did that and handed it back to him and I also explained to him I’ve already filled out the application and the lady made copies of my guard card and drivers licence. So more time has passed it’s going on an hour now and dominic comes to me and said that he can’t find the application and I said you can’t find the application I looked at him and he looked at me and he said I have to fill the application all over again. Deep inside I’m livid after looking at his short ass for two minutes I calmly took the second application and filled it out. Sorry this is sooooo long, after waiting for an hour a lady finally comes out and says that she can’t interview me because she is dealing with Payroll the young lady «Michelle» might be her name possibly didn’t tell the managers that I was coming the managers have different schedules and this lady that was doing the payroll was blindsided and angry and was also unaware that I was coming and she wanted to come back again mind you this would have been my third trip going down this S. J office have not accomplish diddly squat. And the Dispatcher position that I have applied for you have to be available ²⁴⁄₇ forget that. I only put Day and Swing Shifts and it pays $ 12 an hour on the Craiglist ad it stated $ 12 and up. And Stationary positions are $ 11 HR. I asked the lady that handles payroll what happened to my first application and she that the lady that took the application made copies of your guard card is out sick, So applicants BEWARE!!! I never heard of anyone losing an application before that is OUTRAGEOUS with identity theft on the rise too STAY FAR FROM THIS PLACE!!!

On ¹⁄₃₁ @ 12:33 afternoon my alarm system sent me a text of a burglary at my home. Within 5 seconds BAYALARM contact me by letting me know my alarm was indicating a burglary and they will roll security to my home. When I signed up with bay I also sign up for security response with code 3. From my office in Santa Clara I was on site at my home at 12:52. I retrieved my weapon and proceeded to clear my home.
I was in the back yard on the phone with bay to cancel security when the code 3 guard attempted to gain access. The gate has a security hasp lock with two pad locks. I saw him and identified myself as the home owner and told him I would meet him at the front door. I was still on the phone with bay and this entire exchange is recorded. I opened the front door and informed the guard that I had a weapon in my waist and invited him in. He followed me upstairs to the room reporting the break in. He assisted me in checking each window and each contact. We set and reset the alarm together a couple of times to see why it sent a false alarm. For 15 minutes he and I were alone in my house and never once asked to see my ID. What he did do was to quietly tell his dispatcher that I had a weapon and roll police. We went back out front and he asked to see my ID. I showed it him and asked for his card. He gave me his card and left. 2 minutes later at 1:18 my cell phone rings and I was instructed to meet the police out front. I do and they identify me and let me go. The security guard was also detained by the police. The police were clearly disappointed in the communications failure.
POINT: the security guard got scared after I told him I had a gun. Why did he come in the house? If I had been a bad guy I could have emptied my mag into him when the door was closed. Why didn’t he ask to see my ID first? He knew I was on the phone to bay alarm. Why didn’t he wait for the police outside? He knew he alerted his dispatcher that I had a gun there was nothing else for him to do but wait for the police. This guard put himself in grave danger because his fear prevented him from thinking straight. Had I been a bad guy and a family had been inside he could not have helped them. Code 3 security guards have no useful training. This guard was a Sargent. This company is a joke.

If your business is looking for security these are not the guys you want. All they will do is drive away customers. they spend most of there time giving anyone they see in the parking lot waiting for the rest of there party a hard time telling them that they can’t loiter around in the lot. they will goes as far as to tell people that are customers that after they buy what they came for they need to leave, even if people in your party aren’t finished and you are waiting for then outside with others while someone has a smoke. and to top it off they are just down right rude. IF YOUR BUSINESS WANTS TO STAY IN BUSINESS AND KEEP ITS CUSTOMERS SATAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!

This security service sucks… The guys who are running this are very arrogant, pissy, and just really pushy to patrons who are supporting local businesses that they are patrolling. While causing no problems where we are, they tell us that we need to leave the property and we cannot stay outside, just after buying some food at one of the open businesses. So instead while we are eating inside because somehow we are «breaking» the law by being outside, management proceeds to write down every vehicles license plate number which they have no business writing down. If they really have a problem police should be the ones doing that kind of stuff. Also, guns? Yeah sorry they’re fake too.

our complex is under the same contract and two nights ago two cars were broken into and last night they had my car towed when i was parked in the resident parking spot with a resident sticker.
I don’t understand why our HOA pays for parking enforcement officers when we need security officers. our complex has so many open parking spaces available yet we arent allowed to park there. I also have found out that they give guest permits to certain tennants without questions and hassle the rest.
I wouldn’t even refer them as parking enforcers. when you lack integrity you shouldn’t be in business.

Security sucks

Our complex had 5 cars broken into all in one night this last week… broken car windows, lots of stuff stolen and our «new» security company didn’t know anything about it. They didn’t show up when the Police came to take reports. What are we paying for?
I would look a LOT further before employing these «professionals».
